I felt like our experience with Hilton Vacation Club was average. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. The available amenities were clean and nice.
The things I didn't like was first, this property is a time share property and was not advertised as such by Expedia. They pushed us at check in to attend the time share sales spiel. Personally, I do not want to waste vacation time sitting in a sales meeting. Second, the room had very low water pressure at all faucets. The shower had a rain head, and the pressure was so low that not all the nozzles would spray water. We asked the maintenance man to look at it and he said it was functioning as it should. It was a water saving head. Third, the floors were not designed to reduce sound transmission. The upstairs neighbors woke us up every morning moving their dining room chairs. Forth, the two closest pools/hot tubs to our room were shut down for maintenance so we had to drive across the property to soak in the hot tub. Fifth, and this is nitpicky, I am a person that likes a completely dark room. Our room had a night light in the bathroom that would not shut off, and the Wi-Fi router was above the bed and the lights would flicker all night. Not a huge deal, just a little frustrating.
Overall, it was a good experience, but I don't think we would choose to book here again.
