I would stay here again in a second! Literally everything was PERFECT - they have thought of absolutely everything. We are a picky family and have stayed in a lot of places that were sub par…this did NOT disappoint. Kitchen was so well stocked- beds were amazing - yard was unreal. We were all blown away. Oh, and the neighborhood is perfect location.

Best home ever ‘
5 star all the way! The host literally thought of every little detail into making this home into a fabulous vacation for guests. Truly one of the best homes we have stayed in - from the make up wipes to cooking utensils this is home away from home. The backyard is the best part - relaxing oasis for not only us as adults but for my teens as well.

Very nice home, but overpriced for a short stay
This is a very nice and beautiful home. But, the surprise option to pay a 5000 damage deposit or purchase a 119 insurance policy on top of all the other fees was excessive. The home is beautifully decorated, but the furniture was clearly designed to look nice, not to be comfortable. And the excessive and redundant “instructions” posted at every turn was a bit annoying. Again, this is a beautiful home in a nice part of Sedona. However, with all the fees and required insurance it was not a value for only three nights.

Convenient location and fun for all!
Enough space and things to do for two adults and three teens. Close to hiking trails. Backyard was an oasis in itself. Owner was very attentive and responsive during the stay. Beds were comfortable. Showers even had Bluetooth speakers. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Starry Nights and Peaceful days
This property was just perfect. It was beautiful and clean and so well set up. There were so many thoughtful details throughout and it was located in such a central spot. Shaz was a tremendous host and we can’t say enough. We had a wonderful time staying here.

Great location! Close to many hikes and to town. The property looks like the photos and as well appointed. Just a note to other renters that the family room is actually very open and not very private. If you plan on using that as one of the bedrooms. Hot tub was great. Management was very communicative and easy to work with. We saw lots of wildlife and would definitely recommend renting this property

Best Family Stay in Sedona!
Our family of 6 loved this property! Spacious kitchen, clean, very comfortable beds, and the floor plan and backyard are perfect for families. Beautiful furnishings and soft linens. An oasis backyard with plenty of room for kids to play. We brought our little dog too! The owner thought of everything including filtered water spout on the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Spot in Sedona
We enjoyed our stay at the Sedona Villa. It was in the perfect location for us to explore Sedona with everything we needed close by. Shaz, the host, was very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

A gem
The property exceeded our expectations in every aspect. It's clear that the owners have thought through what short-term renters are looking for, and carefully designed and provisioned the house accordingly. The backyard spaces, especially, are terrific, and everything is like new and in great condition.
We didn't know the Sedona area at all, and lucked into being in West Sedona, which is quieter and more relaxing than Uptown. Easy access to some terrific hikes, and plenty of restaurant options close at hand. Highly recommend this property.

Family Trip
Gorgeous property, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful backyard for relaxing with view of red rocks. Property location close to trailheads. Short distance to restaurant and groceries, but tucked in quiet development for relaxing. I would highly recommend and will stay again if headed to Sedona.
