Sedona View at the Flats är ett helt ombyggt hem som ligger bara en kort vandring till Airport Vortex och nära till restauranger och shopping. Hemmet har 1 721 kvadratmeter, tre sovrum och två badrum för upp till sju gäster.

När du kommer in i hemmet hittar du dig själv i huvudområdet. Ljusa, luftiga och öppna med unika träpaneler välvda tak och massor av fönster för att få in det naturliga ljuset, vilket gör detta till ett varmt och inbjudande utrymme.

Vardagsrum: En rymlig lädersektionssoffa omger en 75 ”Smart TV med Netflix, Amazon Video och många andra streaming- och programmeringstjänster.

Kök: Det fullt utrustade utrymmet inkluderar avancerade apparater som en Wolf-sexbrännare med gasbrännare, dubbla ugnar, Subzero-kylskåp och vinkyl. Utrymmet är omgivet av al träskåp och vita bänkskivor. Det finns en stor centrumö med plats för tre vilket gör detta till en perfekt plats för underhållande.

Matplats: Sitter upp till åtta gäster vid det underbara matbordet.

Great getaway

The property was beautiful. The open layout, and high ceilings really made the space feel like a great place to gather with family. The outdoor patio space was a great place to curl up with a book. The very large kitchen island made a great gathering place for the family while cooking dinners. The dinning table was large enough for the whole family to gather around and play games. Would highly recommend to families visiting the area.

Beautiful home, great location

The house was perfect for my husband and I plus our two adult children. The kitchen was amazing and the great room comfortable. We were in town for film festival and it was a perfect location to theaters as well as local hiking. Loved it!

If you like to cook

The property was a great location in Sedona and true to the description. The kitchen is a cooks dream and we loved the open concept so I could cook and be near the other guests lounging in the family room. The weather wasn't warm enough to use the back deck much, but it is even better than in the pictures. It was also nice to be able to use the garage.

Nice Family or Couple Property in Sedona

Myself, Daughter and her small family along with my ex-husband all stayed at the Sedona Vortex Vista. The kitchen was nice and spacious with anything that you would need for a family gathering. The bedrooms were nice size and the deck was a great selling feature as it’s cooler in Sedona compared to Scottsdale this time of year. There was a major water line replacement project happening on the street and that was a slight inconvenience with all the speed bumps and new pavement being laid in the driveway. We managed and I know it was something that was necessary for the community, however a heads up on this construction project during our 1 week visit would have been nice to know ahead of time. We definitely loved the location close to restaurants, shops and Flagstaff/ Prescott. They accommodated our 2 small 7 lb. dogs with water, food bowls and waste baggies. Nice touch. I highly recommend this property.

Generally positive, but beware of unexpected fees.

Vortex Vista was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our hiking vacation. We appreciated having access to the garage and the prompt response to some minor maintenance issues that were identified during our stay. Our overall positive experience was tarnished by an unexpected fee charged after check out by the property management company. In retrospect, I wish I had video evidence of the property condition upon checkout.

Great stay in a lovely property

Overall, a great stay and the property is as advertised. It was just me for this trip, but there was plenty of room for larger groups. The kitchen is the star of the show, and is fully outfitted with all the dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. to have a great night in. The deck in the back is a close second. The fans and roof provide shade to make for a very relaxing retreat, even as the temps begin to climb. Would definitely recommend this property. The only hesitations, and the reasons for a couple of the 4-star ratings instead of 5 are: - the location is quiet and a very short drive to the touristy areas as well as the hikes. However, traffic can build up since there’s only one main road, and it can be a very slow crawl to get anywhere especially on the weekend - the neighborhood is quiet but there are no street lights, so it would not be advisable to walk around at night - the rental agreement is very restrictive and basically signs away all your rights in favor of the property owner. As there is a no cancellations policy in this rental, it is advisable to read it before you complete your reservation. It’s not in the initial listing, but as you go through the checkout process, a link comes up which is very easy to miss (I did). Now, nothing happened, but this is a company that owns/manages this property (as opposed to an individual), and their lawyers have made sure they bear literally 0 liability for anything if something does happens. Caveat emptor as they say.

The property is awesome! I was a little worried about being in a neighborhood with the houses close together, but when sitting on the deck ot felt pretty secluded. Overall everything was as expected and the property managers were great and had my delivery of flowers placed inside the house before we arrived! Would recommend this rental.
