Great base for a Sedona adventureWe stayed here for a long weekend with another couple and had a really enjoyable experience. The location is hard to beat — easy access to the trails and the views didn't disappoint. The place was clean and well-kept from the moment we arrived, which made settling in after a late-night drive from Phoenix effortless.The host was communicative and responsive throughout — everything was clearly laid out and we never had to guess about anything. For a group of four, the property worked well and had everything we needed.Sedona is stunning and this property helped us make the most of it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located spot to explore the area.

Amazing location with gorgeous hiking in backyard and the pool was great for kids! We didn’t see it in the listing, but if you’re renting between October and April there’s an extra fee per night for pool heating. Still worth it, but came as a surprise!

Beautiful home with great style and very comfortable beds. What we enjoyed most was the view of nature, so peaceful and private. The couch was extremely comfortable and cozy, perfect for sitting together as a family and enjoying quality time.The kitchen was fully equipped, even with tea, coffee, spices, and many thoughtful extras that we truly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.

We loved our time in Sedona and wished we had devoted a bigger percent of our road trip to this area. The home was beautiful, spacious, lots of areas inside and out to relax. The pool was heavenly and well maintained. Worth the extra prep fees. Didn’t use the fireplace or do any cooking there. Would have liked to have coffee making supplies on site though.

We had an incredible stay at this Sedona home! The location truly couldn’t be better—tucked in a quiet area yet just minutes from some of the most beautiful hiking trails. Being able to step out and quickly access scenic paths made our trip so easy and enjoyable.The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The highlight for us was definitely the pool—perfect for the kids and relaxing under the stunning red rock views, making it a great place to unwind.The host was responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions. Everything about the stay felt seamless from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Sedona getaway with easy access to nature!

Place and hosts were wonderful. Loved how close it was to broken arrow trail. Needed some help with the pool and soaking tub and response time was instant. Hosts truly wanted to make sure we had a good vacation. 10/10

We highly recommend this VRBO. The house was clean. The pool and soak tub was heated and very comfortable for chilly mornings. There is a fee for the heated pool that we missed in the listing, but it was worth it. It's in a great location to hike several trails in Sedona. We had a little trouble checking in, but the property manager fixed the issue immediately. The property also does not have a dishwasher. Overall we would definitely stay at this location again. We made some wonderful memories.

Week in Sedona

Everything was great. Location was great for getting around Sedona. Great hiking trails just a short walk away. The pool area was great for the entire family. Lots of room for the entire family.
