Set in one of the most convenient locations in town, the home is just a short walk to Airport Vortex and close to some of Sedona’s best hiking and biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and everyday essentials. We’re also excited to share that the home has just undergone an extensive $700,000 renovation, completed in June, making the experience here even more special. With new gathering spaces, expanded entertainment areas, and an incredible outdoor transformation, the property now offers a true resort-style setting for large groups.

Down below, the backyard feels like your own private resort, with a pool, hot tub, pool bar, sunken fire pit, outdoor kitchen, lounge spaces, daybeds, loungers, and a turf play area. Altogether, the home now offers an impressive amount of outdoor space for groups to spread out and enjoy.

Inside, the home is especially well set up for large groups. The kitchen is both beautiful and highly functional, the home includes two full-size refrigerators, two mini fridges, a commercial ice maker, two dishwashers, and two ovens — making meals, drinks, and cleanup easy whether you’re hosting a big dinner or just stocking up for the weekend.

The upper level includes a spacious two-car garage, game area, a spectacular primary suite, a private gym, and a spa-like bathroom with a shower, soaking tub, and six-person sauna. The primary suite also opens to its own private balcony — a perfect spot for a quiet evening under the stars. There’s also a large additional guest room on this level.
