We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Kim’s house. The location was ideal—close to shops and restaurants, yet peaceful, with incredible views of the red rocks. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the scenery, and the ladder game was a fun bonus.The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, and I was pleasantly surprised by how sharp the knives were (such a rare find in rentals!). The beds were extremely comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walks.Shops and restaurants are about a half mile away, making it easy to explore without needing to drive far. For families with young kids, the house is especially well equipped with just about everything you could need.We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home and everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. I loved the dimming sconces. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. The scenery behind the home was absolutely amazing and loved waking up to the views every morning. The shops are really close by and within walking distance, with lots of areas for parking if you need it. It was a little busy when we were there, the roundabouts would get very congested with traffic during peak times. However, we soon realized how to avoid them. Overall, Sedona is one of our favorite places visiting. I would definitely stay in this home again.

Great location and super comfortable house!Very quiet, linens soft, water pressure good, water hot, basics stocked and super responsive host. We LOVED the rooms that had screens on the windows so we could open at night and sleep in a cool space and have fresh air instead of air conditioning!

This is a beautiful property! My husband and I stayed with our 2 kids (7 and 3) for fall break. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and shops. And the views are INSANE! My kids loved playing the games inside and making up their own games outside, and we loved watching them play with the red rocks behind them. S'mores at night were so fun. Hot tub was great. We did a day trip to the Grand Canyon, and it was an easy drive.The owners were very responsive. They messaged us ahead of time with local recommendations which was very helpful! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner a few nights. The house was clean and comfortable.My kids still ask when we're going back to the "new house"!

Fabulous location and views

We loved this house - so convenient to everything and the views were nothing short of spectacular. The decor is boho meets mid-century modern and couldn’t have been cuter. Great place with plenty of room for our girls trip! Would for sure stay here again!

Mom and Son Spring Break

My 17 year old son and I spent two nights in Sedona at this wonderful house. Even though it was more space than we needed, the pricing along with the hot tub, fire pit, scenic views and location were perfect!! We were able to spend quality time together relaxing at the house after hours of off road ATV’ing. Would definitely both recommend and stay again!

Celebrating a 65th birthday

We could not have found a better place. Very comfortable, clean, close to restaurants and hiking and was lovely to come home to. The jacuzzi was icing on the cake after a full day.

Spacious

Stayed here with 6 adult women, had plenty of space. Easy location to get everywhere. Although we didn't have children with us, this house would be amazing with all the amenities available. There must have been kids that stayed prior to us as there was evidence of their new years fun. All in all, I would recommend this place and would even re-rent and bring my own children.

Great location and views

The house is nicely appointed and renovated. Hot tub is great after a long day of hiking. Owner was responsive to minor issues and went out of her way to return a ring my wife left. Would definitely rent here again!

Perfect family getaway!

We had an amazing experience at Kim’s house. The location was perfect- walkable to shops and restaurants in uptown Sedona. The backyard had amazing red rock views, especially from the hot tub. It was incredibly kid friendly with games, great outdoor space (including ladder ball!), a fire pit (complete with marshmallows and sticks for roasting) and if you have younger kids, there was a crib, stroller and car seat. The kitchen was stocked with many necessities/ spices/ basic cooking essentials and they provided other little necessities throughout. We loved our stay! Thanks Kim and family! We hope to be back someday!

BEST RENTAL EVER!

Amazing views. Fabulous location. Comfy beds. All the greatest amenities, including everything you need for infants. Super clean. Excellent communication. Thoughtful personal touches that make for a very special and memorable experience. Kim and her lovely home are the best of the best when it comes to vacation rentals. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

Excellent location!!

The property owner was in communication the entire trip. The house itself is outstanding and outfitted with everything you need. The pictures do not do the actual location justice. Walkable to town and breathtaking views. Everything from the bedding, towels and overall feel of the home is excellent. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Amazing place!!

The house is just as it is presented on line, adorable! The views from the back yard are stunning. The house is spacious, clean and walkable distance to downtown. A home away from home

Such a perfect getaway from the heat of Phoenix. The house has all the comforts of home and was walking distance to shops and restaurants in Uptown Sedona. A bonus, twice a deer wandered into the backyard while we were sitting outside.

Amazing views and perfect location

We loved our time in this home. It was extremely clean when we arrived and the hot tub was spotless. The backyard views are absolutely amazing! It is in a wonderful location, easy to walk to restaurants and shopping uptown. It is in a nice quiet area. The recommendations from the owner were all wonderful!
