The View House at Chimney Rock! Take in Sedona’s beauty. Our hilltop home offers breathtaking panoramic views. Completely renovated in 2023, the octagon home has 2 bedrooms with en-suite baths & adjoining balconies. The floor to ceiling windows in the lower level brings in all that is amazing & calming about Sedona. Slide open the glass doors & step out to the amazing views & private resort sized pool. Pool will be available starting October 2023 (saltwater conversion).
The space
The View House at Chimney Rock by Oak Creek has 270° views of Sedona. This octagon shaped home has its own private estate entrance and is part of a five acre four property gated estate. The view house is secluded from the other homes on the property for ultimate privacy.

Other homes on the estate are also available to rent if you need more space. Paved pathways lead you up to this house on the hill and down to other parts of the estate.

From your own private entrance gate, enter the property and feel at peace. A short walk up the paved pathway and you enter the home to find floor to ceiling windows with awe inspiring views . Gleaming sights of Sedona with the resort sized pool in the foreground and light fills the room. Completely renovated in 2023. Sleeping for up to six people with two bedrooms upstairs and two futon couches in the lower level living room. Downstairs as its own full bath with shower, sitting area and vanity. Washer and dryer included.

Upstairs you’ll find two newly constructed bedrooms. Bedroom one features a queen size bed surrounded by picture windows with captivating views. Comfy chairs, 55” TV, walk-out balcony and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity complete bedroom one. Bedroom two has a king size bed and super comfy memory foam mattress. This rooms' architecture is incredible with its octagon shaped 15 foot cathedral ceiling. En-suite bathroom and walk-out balcony

A door in each room leads to a wrap around balcony connecting the bedrooms. The view from the balcony is priceless. Nothing but sky and natures beauty.

When you’re ready to enjoy Sedona, you don’t have to go far. Either on the 5 acres estate, right out the back gate to the boarding Oak Creek or minutes drive to some of the best hiking and sightseeing locations in Sedona.

When the resort sizes pool (+hot tub !) is ready, you’ll have plenty of outdoor furniture to bask in the sun. For now, just enjoy the fresh air and gather. It’s gorgeous! The pool is in the process of a conversion to salt water. The pool is very large and therefore will not be heated. The spa is, of course, heated for a picturesque night cap on top of the world.

This property is located on a 4 property shared estate, but has its own privacy
Wildlife may come on the property (javelina)- so be cautious.

Pool -
Pool is to be used at the guests risk.
Using glass around the pool is prohibited.
But, If you have an accident and glass gets in the pool, please let us know as soon as the accident occurs.
Please use common sense when mixing alcohol and pool fun.
The pool is not heated. So, if you choose to swim when it is cold you are “polar plunging “.
