Vackert stort hem som kan sova 12 på en lugn gata mitt i hjärtat av West Sedona. Utrymmet är lugnt inuti och ut med 2 stora uteplatser, en gräsmatta, gasbrandpit, gasbrandbord, gasgrill och vattenfunktion. Utsidan är upplyst med landskapsljus. Denna plats ligger nära alla Sedona vandrings- och cykelleder. Du kommer att vara nära till shopping och restauranger, inklusive naturliga livsmedelsbutiker, hela matar och Safeway. Massor av parkering med carport och stor wrap runt uppfart. Ganska med och fredlig, det finns ingen trafik på denna gata, bara lokalbefolkningen som bor här kör ner denna gata. Du kommer att älska denna plats. Vi har allt du behöver laga och ha en bra tid.

Good stay but house need’s upgrading

We stayed at the property for one night while visiting Sedona. The house is in a convenient location, close to grocery stores. However, we encountered an issue with the lock, which did not work correctly. It seems the door might need to be replaced and properly aligned. The owners responded promptly to our call and provided instructions on how to work the door. Overall, the property is older and requires some maintenance. There is an old odor upon entering, and the bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances could use upgrading. The grill is also old and missing heat shields. We did not use the hot tub. On the positive side, the beds were clean and comfortable. The TV works well, and the kids enjoyed watching cartoons on Netflix. I don't want to discourage other guests from renting the property, as it is acceptable for the price. However, some updates would significantly improve the overall experience.

Great location, beautiful home

Our party of 7 adults stayed for 2 nights. Everything was amazing. The location of the home is perfect - close to the hustle and bustle of it all, yet secluded and very quiet. The home itself is just as pictured in the listing. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen amenities were outstanding, and the outdoor space is gorgeous. We would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone we know travelling to Sedona. We felt as though we had plenty of room to spread out and we had everything we needed to have a great time in Sedona.

Clean house in beautiful Sedona, quiet location with nice yard

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy house. Enjoyed dinner outback at the fire table. Spent most of our time hiking. Communication with owners was great. Thank you for sharing Spire house 3 with us.

Great location.

The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. New dishes. The outdoor patio, landscaping, and fire pits were terrific. The bathroom is a little dated, but clean. There were plenty of couches and sitting areas. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would return.

Amazing getaway

The location was great and the house was perfect for the entire family. Everything that we needed was at our fingertips. The beds were comfortable and patio was nicely landscaped. The fire pits were a nice touch. And a great hit with all the guests. We would consider renting it again.

Nice Home and Good Location

We enjoyed our stay at Spire House 3. The house was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The outside patios were awesome. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything in Sedona. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely stay in Spire House 3

Great house and location for us. With our crew of 7, this house was a great place for us. The kids had outdoor space, plenty of sleeping areas. House is well maintained. We would recommend and would certainly stay here again!

Spacious house.

The house is very spacious and great for a big group. The house itself is a little outdated and needs a little upgrading, but worked for our group. It would have been nice to have had some cable or satellite to watch tv, but Netflix was available. The outside is perfect for larger groups as well. It was nice sitting around the fire pit with family.

Great house and area

It was a lovely home to stay in and our family had an incredible time. Check out was at 10am and although we were all packed up and just loading our cars at that time, having people arrive directly at 10am to clean and essentially get us out of there was a very bombarding and kind of rude factor that my family wasn’t too happy with. Otherwise it was a great spot

What a perfect home!!!

We absolutely loved staying at Spire House Three! It was clean (which is always most important for me), comfy, cute, and in the perfect spot in town! The backyard was AWESOME!! And the neighborhood was great too! Can’t say enough great things! Hope to be back soon :-)

Very nice property!

The house is lovely, great layout. Love the back patio. We were a group of 12 and it was great!! Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Very clean home!! What we DISLIKED was lack of timely response from the owner, the check-in is way to LATE and check way to EARLY. We asked if we could leave at 11 and she never responded. An important detail, my husband sat on one of the patio chairs and there were black widows. I understand the chairs are outside but if the property is rented then they need to be checked. We had a nice stay overall!!

Great family house

We spent 5 days at the Spire House and had a great time. The decor is 1960's or so but very clean and comfortable. My one criticism would be that the kitchen needs a little updating. With the hot weather it would have been nice to have a refrigerator with an automatic ice and water dispenser. Also access to the washer and dryer wouldn't have been possible except the owner was very cordial when I asked to have them available. We appreciated it so much! Again I was surprised that I had to ask. It was a great house for children. The kitchen table and furniture are perfectly suited for a family. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. It should be noted in the amenities in bolder print that cable TV is not available. This was not a problem since Netflix worked out well but I did not notice this until right before our trip. The most Amazing aspect of this property is the outside patio with the two fire features!! The whole family spent every evening out there having a great time . I can't even decide which one we liked better! A lot of good memories were made out there and old ones remembered!

A great stay for 10 people

We had three families including four kids, overall ages ranged from 7 to 71. We had a great three night stay, and made full use of the kitchen. The kitchen is very well stocked (especially for a rental property) and we were pretty easily able to serve breakfast to 10 people at one time. There is good attention to detail, the towels are nice, the bedding is great. We all slept very well. The hot water sustained a lot of morning traffic through the bathrooms. I would happily return. Staying at Spire House Three was a great way to be centrally located, and get a great deal on lodging that provided both more comfort and more cost savings than staying in hotel rooms in the area. While the review is about the house, Sedona was gorgeous too! Just make a reservation,

Great spacious home! Would definitely stay again.

Overall, our experience at this house was great. We would definitely stay again. Well stocked with everything we needed including condiments, spices, seasoning, tea, coffee, towels, trash bags, dish soap etc. The layout really worked out perfect for our family. On one side of the house was a king sized bed that led to the outside where my in laws slept and the other side of the house was were my husband, me, and our 3 little girls slept. We even had a bathroom in our room. The house is a little outdated but well taken care of and maintained. Netflix is the only option for watching TV which I really enjoyed because we’re from Los Angeles and wanted to get away for the week from all the hustle and bustle but my in laws had to get use to not watching television. The only complaints I have is that we couldn’t get the coffee pot to work. There was a French press but I had never used one before so I made my daily morning trip to Starbucks to get my coffee fix. Also, with 3 young girls, I really needed access to the washer and dryer and there is no access. I had to go to the laundromat once which was close by. There is also no iron, ironing board, or steamer so some clothes were not worn simply because they were way too wrinkled. These were just minor things that would have made our trip a little easier but overall this place was great. View was great! Backyard was amazing! Owner was very pleasant and responded to my questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay at this house again. We had a great time!

Enjoyed our stay

The house worked out great for our family of 5. The outdoor fire pit was a huge hit. Overall everything was nice. The closet doors in the master bedroom were off track and my daughter tried opening them and they about fell on her. The house is older and a bit outdated but that was kind of cool. It was nice, clean and I would probably stay there again.

Great backyard! Enough room for a large group!

We were a party of 8 that was celebrating my guy's 55th birthday. Everyone had a room and a bed. There was plenty of room. There was only 2 bathrooms which took a little shuffling but was not bad. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and glasses. However, with a large group there were not enough large pans to cook a complete meal easily. In addition, there was only one large bowl. The backyard was amazing. We BBQ every evening and used the fireplaces. The backyard even though it was cold was warm with the fireplaces. It gave us the opportunity we needed to connect as a family and celebrate a great birthday! We would stay here again. Communication was not clear. It took several times to obtain the entry information. A pair of glasses was left at the property which the owner was to check on and let us know. We never heard back. With that being said I would definitely stay here again! Enjoy Sedona it is so beautiful!

Best kitchen ever!

We have stayed in many rental houses for out family reunions. We all love to cook when we get together, so a good kitchen is important. We have stayed at other places where the oven did not work well, there weren’t enough dishes, the dishwasher didn’t work well, or there wasn’t enough cooking pots. This house had none of those problems! It was a joy to prepare meals here! The years is also beautiful with two working fire pits and a nice grill! We would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Sedona!
