Silvertip Trailhead 1. A newly built, Mountain Modern designed home in the Seeley Lake.

Enjoy year around outdoor activities. The home is located on a Nordic, Snowshoe & Mountain bike trailhead. Snowmobile and ATV trails connect directly to the home. No need to trailer your vehicle!



A newly built home containing all new furnishings, linens and a well appointed kitchen for all your homemade meals.



The home has a large loft overlooking the kitchen and main living area. The master bedroom and bath are located upstairs along with a spacious sitting area to relax or play cards. At bed time, the couch pulls out into a very comfortable bed. The Master bed can be made into a King or 2 Twin XL beds.



A large balcony, to enjoy the mountain air, is located off the loft.



Downstairs, a fully appointed kitchen with an island looks into the living area. With high ceilings and large windows, the outdoors can be enjoyed while relaxing in front of the gas fireplace or the smart TV.



The second bedroom and full bath are located downstairs. Two XL twin beds can be converted into a king bed by request. An extra large closet is located in the room also.



A full laundry room and half bath are located downstairs. The long carport has a storage room to the side with room to store all your toys, such as skies, bikes and water toys. A grill is available.



The home sits on a wooded half of acre lot. A private Nordic/Mountain Bike trail, designed by Olympic Biathlete, John Morton, of Morton Trails begins at the property.



The trail connects directly to over 400 miles of groomed snowmobile trails! Rental sleds are available and delivered right to the door....for those bringing their own sleds, there`s no need to trailer to the trailhead! A few minutes drive away, you`ll find over 100 miles of additional groomed nordic trails at the Seeley Lake Nordic Complex. Additional winter activities include snowshoeing, ice skating & ice fishing.



For warm weather adventures, Seeley Lake is connected to hundreds of miles ATV, hiking & mountain bike trails. The Lolo National Forest & the Bob Marshall Wilderness are all in `your backyard`.



Five large lakes and several smaller lakes and beautiful Morrell Falls are all located within a short drive. The famous Blackfoot River is a mere 20 minute drive where you`ll enjoy blue-ribbon fishing and floating. You can book a guide or float for fun.



Enjoy the warm days boating, paddle boarding and kayaking. Miles of beautiful shoreline surround the crystal lakes.



We love our little corner of Montana and we are passionate about showcasing the extraordinary talent in our region. At Silvertip Trailhead you will enjoy locally crafted coffee, tea and beautiful works from local artist and craftsmen.

Our Seeley Lake Adventure

We (family of 5) traveled out west for a family wedding and this location was just perfect. We arrived much later than anticipated (after dark) and it was easy to find the house and unload our car. We had had a beautiful day in Glacier and were anxious to get cozy and relax. The home was tidy, quiet and just what we needed. Situated near Seeley Lake, we were able to explore the area by foot and the many trails nearby. We will definitely be back and continue our adventure. I had the pleasure to meet one of the hosts just before we departed. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Silver Tip Trailhead for such a memorable visit!

Nice, clean property

Works well as a base for excursions. Unfortunately the dishwasher was not working so consistently caused a delay. Perhaps in the future, the owners will make sure of functioning appliances after they were moved.

Wonderful Stay in Seeley Lake

We absolutely loved the house! It is new and very clean. We were warned that there was no A/C and to open the windows at night. That worked very well and there were extra fans that helped too. Loved having make-up removers provided. Fun books to look at with local info. I recommend having an easy to use toaster, we were afraid to mess up the big toaster oven. Also, my Mom, who is tiny, had a hard time getting into the bed. I would suggest having a small step stool for those that can't quite reach. Loved our stay and would love to come back!

Perfect place for our family!

The house was great and had everything we needed for our family to feel right at home! It was conveniently located and in close walking distance to town and a short drive to the beach at the lake. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay. The house was perfect. All the little touches like local coffee and tea were wonderful. The kitchen was well set up. There was plenty of room for our winter gear and good parking for our snowmobiles and trailers.

Great Place

The house was in a great location with short drives to the lake and shops. House was perfect size for our family with two children. House was very clean with amenities available for cooking, bathing, laundry, and other conveniences. We truly enjoyed ourselves. If I had to mention cons, it would be we had some neighbors located directly next to us. It seemed they would be watching us when we were outside, but never waved or said hello. That is completely fine, it just made us feel awkward and watched. One more downfall is you have to pay a cleaning tax when booking, but you are expected to strip all your linen, throw your towels in the wash, and do your dishes. I did all I could before leaving, but we just thought it was odd if you’re being taxed a cleaning fee anyways. Other than that we had a blast.

Beautiful modern home in Seeley Lake

This home had only recently been constructed, and it still has a new construction feel to it. The beds are all very comfortable and everything looked spotless and pristine upon our arrival. We had a small snafu with check-in due to my not receiving the email that contained the check-in code and precise directions, but the property manager was quick to respond to my follow-up messages. The communication with the property manager was seamless and thorough, and she gladly accepted feedback I had regarding small touches that might make the space easier for families like mine (in which a teen goes to bed far later than others). Some construction is ongoing in the neighborhood of Seeley, but the noise was not bothersome in the home. The location was central to Seeley Lake and all that is offered in the area.

Coming Back!!

Quiet, comfortable and convenient! This property was great! We really enjoyed the location. Close enough to town to restaurants but far enough away to get a wonderful nights rest. Beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. Being from Florida we were a little worried about no air conditioning, but that was not a problem at all! The house is well insulated and has plenty of windows for ventilation. Check in was a breeze. The property manager Kimberly was amazing! She was easy to get in touch with and more than happy to answer any questions I had. We will definitely be coming back!!

So Accommodating!

We were in town as a coach for a summer high school basketball tournament. We needed a place for the team to crash between games, and our hosts were so very accommodating, providing extra seating on-site and ensuring that we had the option to bbq. The kitchen is amazingly well-stocked for a vacation rental. The entire house is immaculate, very modern. The hosts are easy to communicate with and clearly take pride in the property. Beds are comfortable and showers are nice. Unfinished neighborhood with some construction noise - didn't bother us. Thank you for such a nice stay!

Great snowmobile stay place

Overall very nice property and was perfect for our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for any type of meal prep. Easy check in check out. Parking was easy for trucks and trailer. The warming room does not get warm enough to dry a lot of gear...had to supplement. The master bathroom is cold, but seems to be that way as the heat register appeared to be unfinished. A door on the master bedroom would be preferred by most people, I'm guessing. Beds, blankets, and bedding were all nice and plentiful and were as advertised. Great place...just needs a few finishing touches!
