Here you have an entire house all to yourself!

The house features a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement, which can be used for a fee.

The double bed can also be separated if needed. The sofa in the living area can be used as a sleeper sofa.

In front of the house, there is a charming covered seating area, right next to the grill and garden.

The semi-detached house is located in the beautiful Main Valley and is only about 100 meters from the Main Valley Bike Trail. The house features a wonderful, fenced-in garden measuring approximately 300 m², where children can play to their hearts’ content. There is a barbecue area in the garden.

There are two parking spaces on the property.

In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the very romantic (wine) towns of Marktbreit, Sulzfeld, and Iphofen. It’s about a 25-minute drive to Würzburg.

There are plenty of shopping options and attractions in the surrounding area.

In the summer, the Main River—with several beautiful swimming spots nearby and attractive outdoor pools in Ochsenfurt and Kitzingen—is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
