âVery disappointed for a La Quinta by Wyndham. The property needs a complete overhaul. The front looks like it hasnât been maintained for a while. The room was clean enough to feel comfortable to sleep overnight but itâs time for a rehab budget. The floor in the elevator was gross and the safety handles were missing. Side door entry doesn't work. There were live beetles in the lobby. The front desk staff was super friendly though. This property should be under $100 for the condition that it is...

âStaff was nice. Rooms were pretty worn. Torn fabric on chair. Had to ask for a do not disturb sign at front desk. Elevator needed cleaning, food crumbles on floor and were still there the next day. â

âThe house is absolutely beautiful. It is comfortable, clean, and unique. They have done a wonderful job of having everything modern that you need without destroying the integrity of the house. We were there to watch our son play football against Texas Lutheran College, and the location was very convenient. It was a treat for us to stay there! â

âWe rented this house to spend some time with family in the local area. First, it is in the perfect location, only minutes from all things in Seguin. The home was located in a quiet cove on the river. The home was great and up to date. It is a very spacious place if you have multiple people in your party. The hosts were very helpful and informative. We hope that this home is available during our next visit!!â
