Wake up to lake views and spend the day kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing or relaxing by the water. Poppy’s Place is a private Lake Placid home with a large lawn, private dock and plenty of room for families or friends to enjoy time together.

The home sleeps up to eight guests across three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third has two queen beds. Two of the bedrooms open to balconies overlooking the lawn and lake.

Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the main living areas with natural light and water views. The living room has a large sectional with plenty of seating for movie nights or relaxing after a day outside.

The kitchen is fully stocked for group meals and includes quartz countertops, a cypress wood island and a Miele gas stove. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor dining space so everyone can eat together.

Outside, guests have access to the private dock, kayaks, paddleboards and a large lawn. You’ll also find basketball, ping pong and cornhole for time away from the water.

The home feels quiet and private but is still convenient to the area:

Lake Placid has been restored and the water is back at normal recreational levels.

Good to know: The property is outside the city limits in a natural lakefront setting. The yard is not fully fenced. Dogs are welcome with the applicable pet fee and must be supervised outdoors.
