On the ground floor, a shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin awaits you, as well as a separate toilet.
A staircase leads up to a mezzanine, giving access to the master bedroom with a double bed. From the mezzanine, a meunier staircase leads to two small attic bedrooms, perfect for independent children, with a double bed in one and a single bed in the other.
Communal parking is available in the street, and an area of pine forest in front of the villa adds a touch of tranquillity to your stay.
