Enjoy easy access to all three floors of this wonderful retreat with the help of your very own in-home elevator. Prepare everyone's favorite dishes in the well-equipped, island kitchen and then dine indoors at the adjacent table or outdoors on the lower-level, shaded patio. This home also includes a sunlit living area with a gas fireplace and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels.

Back outside, take in the view from your furnished front and rear balconies as well as your large deck where you'll also find a gas grill, porch swing, and propane fire table. A wood-burning firepit is also available in the yard for roasting s'mores, sharing stories, and stargazing. Borrow the bicycles and explore the area at your leisure, and then return home at the end of each day and take your pick from six bedrooms with space for your entire group.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
