“When checking in the front desk informed us that our room had been over sold and they would be providing us a 1 night stay at a hotel just a couple minutes down the road, which they did but at the cost of our plans for the first 2 days of our trip, once we did get checked in the staff and hotel was nice, and had a decent breakfast.”

“This has been a great hotel to stay at. My doctor's office is around the corner. You have at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. You also have Walmart and Costco nearby. Just didn't like that whomever was staying at the 4th floor above us kept on stepping hard since 5am. Also the water pressure was low this time around.”

“One elevator (of two) was not working which meant a long wait for the one operable elevator. The microwave in my originally assigned room was not working. As a result, the only option was to change rooms which was very inconvenient. The person at the front desk was generally uncooperative regarding the microwave issue. None of the local tv channels in San Antonio were accessible. In general, I would not recommend this property for travelers staying in San Antonio. ”

“The front desk staff were all great, so helpful! The gym is amazing here: Peloton bike, weights, a rack of weight balls, cardio machines. The breakfast was ok, happy to see real plates - sustainable for once - but the oatmeal kept running out. Besides oatmeal there weren’t that many healthy choices. Still, was a good hotel. ”

“As a solo-traveller, I felt very safe here. It seemed to be mostly families or couples staying here. The room was clean, spacious and had good AC, but was quite humid and smelled a bit wierd when the AC wasn't running. Convenient parking and only 20 minutes wit car into San Antonio center. Very nice to have a clean pool to relax in. The breakfast was okay for being in the US (only disposable one-time use material though). I would definately come back!”

“This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed, and honestly a serious health concern. The room was absolutely unacceptable and should not be rented out in its current condition. Both beds had broken box springs and were completely worn out. The entire room was filthy, with visible dirt and mold throughout. The bathroom was especially bad mold on the floor tiles, mold all over the shower, and even mold on the door. The towel rack was rusted and barely hanging on, and the faucet was...
