Versalir Àr en STUNNING 71,5 kvadratmeter stor stuga som stÄr pÄ en privat mark i södra ICELAND. Den mest perfekta PLATSEN för GULL CIRKEL. Stugan Versalir Àr vÀlutrustad och vackert möblerad, byggd av sina Àgare. Det kan rymma upp till 6 personer, med tvÄ sovrum och ett bekvÀmt SOVLIGT COUCH i vardagsrummet. BÄda rummen har en plattskÀrms-TV och tvÄ tvillingssÀngar som kan förenas för att göra superkungliga sÀngar. Vardagsrummet har en bekvÀm soffa, en avslappnande stol, PROJEKTOR för att titta pÄ filmer med en tvÄ talare hemmabio och en eldstad. Den fantastiska matsalen har plats för upp till sex personer och har en magnifik fullt utrustad kök. Badrummet Àr mycket rymligt och har en bra VARMDusch. DÀck / uteplats Àr ocksÄ tillgÀnglig frÄn badrummet.

Utsikten runt stugan Àr magnifik med BERGAR som strÀcker sig i omgivningen. Det finns ett 120 kvadratmeter privat dÀck / uteplats som ligger runt stugan utrustad med en mysig HOT TUB och en BBQ-GRILL - Perfekt för att njuta av de spektakulÀra utsikten, STAR GAZING och fÄnga de nordliga lamporna. Att njuta av SUNRISE och solnedgÄngen vid dÀck / uteplats Àr ett minnesvÀrd erfarenhet. Kabinens dÀck / uteplats har en WHEELCHAIR-ramp vid ingÄngen och har en GRATIS parkeringsplats för upp till fyra bilar om de parkeras korrekt.

Great cabin in convenient location

We stayed 3 nights in the cabin and it was perfect for our Iceland adventure. Easy drives to all of our stops. Clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place to stay!

I did my homework and this was by far the best place to stay for our family of four. It was plenty of room, well managed, and the hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. The nice touches included laundry (soap included!) and a free cell phone we could use which was a lifesaver because our mobile carrier didn't work. The owners were so helpful with all the questions we had before our trip. I LOVED the location. 15 minutes to Selfoss with restaurants, gas station, and groceries. But the house was secluded...quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Truly a home away from home. We highly recommend it!

4 night stay in selfloss

Location is excellent 20 minutes to downtown, an hour or less to most major sights on golden circle. Place could have cleaner for sure , coffee pot was broken let owner know never replace during our stay

Great cabin!

This is the perfect cabin. Has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook several dinners. Nearest town is about 15 min away which has several grocery stores and dining options. The hot tub was a great way to end each day

Beautiful views and great location

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient to many activities /sites and the cabin was cozy and well stocked. Communication with the owners was helpful too as they gave us helpful suggestions for things to do with our family during our brief stay in Iceland.

First stop in Iceland

This was the first property we stayed at on our trip to Iceland, we used this as a home base to explore the souther region. The views were amazing, the hot tub worked just as instructed and it was the most home feeling I’ve ever had while traveling. Would highly recommended this property for someone looking to stay close to the golden circle sites.

Cozy, comfortable, and safe

My boyfriend and I travelled from the US for our first time ever to Iceland. The cabin was super comfortable and the location was perfect for enjoying a lot of the golden circle. The projector movie screen was our favorite after long days of hiking and driving. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Iceland! The mini mart with the restaurant down the street was our favorite place so far to have dinner. We felt very safe in the location and enjoyed being away from the city. We did not get to enjoy the hot tub because we found ourselves in the natural hot springs!

The property is well kept, and mostly well stocked. Its in a beautiful quiet location about 20 minute drive from selfoss. Hiking is nearby.

A perfect base for our visit

A perfect base camp for our visit to the Golden circle. We were able to see the Aurora Borealis 2 out of 3 nights from the hot tub. The book said hot tub would take 1-2 hours to prepare, in our experience, since it is winter and colder, it took a lot longer (4-5 hours)

Perfect base for Iceland adventures!

We had the best 5 nights at Versalir, perfect location for adventuring around the southern part of the island - essentially an hour drive to everything you could want. The cabin is SO warm and welcoming and hosts friendly and helpful. The pictures on the listing are a little outdated - the shower room has been modernised for example, but if anything it is better than shown. Can’t wait to return!

Versalier Cabin - A Winterdream

Very nice Cabin to visit some of the highlights in South-Iceland like Pingvellir, Gulfoss and the Geysir Strokkur.To sit in the hotpot and see the Artic Lights in the sky is really amazing.We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin.

Great property a very short drive from Selfoss. We stayed a week in early November. The check in book is very thorough. I am very glad the beds were comfortable (rare these days with rental properties) and the owners were very quick to respond with all communication both prior and during our stay. The only complaints i can think of is that we could not find a switch to turn off the deck lighting which would have helped out on getting some better shots of the northern lights (which even with the wild storms we encountered, we were able to experience twice!!) And that there are two extemely bright spotlights from a building far away that was always attacking us. Outside of that, the location was perfect and absolutely remote enough to easily get to all the places we wanted to get to on the southern island.

Amazing Cottage with Amazing Views

We had a wonderful time at this holiday house! It is centrally located to the Golden circle, and within an easy drive Selfoss and sights! The owners were very attentive to our needs and the house has everything you need to cook a meal, relax and just enjoy your surroundings. Highly recommend to anyone!

Location and place is great! Very nice setup. Hot tub wasn’t expected with how to use. Returning key at end of stay is not very accommodating to guests especially if you’re leaving in dark with no lights in area. Overall great place and location and owners were responsive.
