La Casa Rossa

"LA CASA ROSSA" is the result of a meticulous renovation of a 19th-century barn into a two-family residence with separate entrances. The apartment, furnished in a contemporary style, is located in the historic center of the village of Roncone, just a short walk from the main amenities (grocery stores, restaurants serving local cuisine, cafes, the post office, a newsstand, a bank, and a pharmacy). Ideal for rejuvenating and peaceful vacations surrounded by nature, and also well-suited for remote work thanks to excellent internet connectivity.
The space
The home is bright and faces all four directions. It features private access, a furnished south-facing terrace, and a sheltered balcony from which you can watch the Adanà stream flow by. It features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, a remote work corner, and a 43" smart TV (with Netflix and Disney+), a large double bedroom, a bathroom with a window and shower, a closet, and a small tool shed. Covered garage available upon request (€).
From the red house, Lake Roncone is a 5-minute walk away, and it’s an excellent starting point for hikes and visits to the area’s mountain huts, forts, and castles.
