This cozy, 50-square-meter one-room vacation apartment with a separate entrance is located on the first floor of a house. It features a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed, a sitting area, a TV, a CD player, and a radio. The apartment also includes a kitchen with an oven, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a shower/toilet. A crib can be provided for young guests. When the weather is nice, the seating area in the garden is perfect for relaxing. The landlord provides an initial set of bed linens and towels free of charge. A parking space is available directly on the property.



The modern vacation apartments are located in a private apartment building on a well-maintained property. The famous Wilhelmstraße is just a few minutes’ walk away. The main beach, with its beautiful pier, is located about 900 meters from the property. The beach tram, which departs near the house, takes you to the South Beach. The bus stop is also not far from the house. A bike and hiking trail runs through the Seepark. Here you’ll find a large supermarket, the water park with its many saunas, and numerous small restaurants. The “Rasender Roland” train station is a 7-minute walk away.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
