This amazing villa, surrounded by a spectacular mountain landscape and with private pool, offers accommodation to 8 guests in Caimari.
This finca becomes a dream-like place for those who love nature and peace, since the country and mountain landscape around is wonderful. You have the water salt pool in front of the beautiful stone building. It sizes 8 x 4 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.7 to 1.9 metres. It's perfect to cool down after basking in the sun on one of the 8 sunloungers. Then, you can wash off under the spray of the exterior shower and enjoy porches and terraces with a glass of wine and a delicious BBQ.

Inside, you'll be welcomed by an airy dining - kitchen with a living area, where you can cook succulent dishes on the gas hob, enjoy your meals together and then sit and chat on the sofa. There is one bedroom with twin beds and a closet by the dining room. There also is a bathroom with a shower on this floor. Upstairs you have the second dining kitchen open to the main living area that offers TV-sat. Here you have 3 more bedrooms with AC. One has a double bed and terrace, another has twin beds and the last one has a double bed, an en-suite with a bath and closet. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs.

The villa is located just 900 metres from the village of Caimari, a small and peaceful Majorcan town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. Here, you'll find the basic services like bars, restaurants and a small grocery shop. From here you can start hiking and biking routes but you can also drive. The nearest beach is Playa de Muro, about 23.2 km away.
