The spacious and bright villa features a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only), digital TV, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The living room leads to a patio area. There is also a kitchen/living room equipped with a dining table, an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only), five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This area also has access to the patio. On the upper floor, there is a large lounge with a digital TV, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The villa features three double bedrooms, each with a French bed (150 cm wide and 190 cm long). One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower/WC and double hand-basin, electric heating, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Another bedroom has a panoramic window, electric heating, and a fan, while the third bedroom has electric heating, air conditioning, and forced-air heating.
