This self-contained modern style accommodation in seminyak`s prime location is set up for families and friends.

The Villa offers two Master-bedrooms with king-bed (1,8 x 2m King Koil mattress), 50 inch HD smart-TV with Netflix access and bath ensuite.

A Garden-Guesthouse with bunk bed 2x (200x120), 50 inch smart-TV with Netflix access, Playstation and bathroom with outside-shower.

All rooms are air-conditioned. The ensuite bathrooms comes with hot water shower. Our guests are given the following toiletries: shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, tooth brushes and tooth paste.

The Villa comes with a very complete full equipped kitchen and open Livingroom to enjoy the sunset. The lush garden invites you with tropical plants and a big (6x3m at the stairs 110cm deep, close to the sunbeds 155cm deep) swimming pool.

After eventful days exploring Bali you can relax in the sofa or in the private pool. And please don’t worry about you getting bitten, as we even provide you mosquito spray and lotion.

Multitude amazing restaurants and local warungs can be reach within walking distance. Please kindly choose on what suits best to you.

The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare a feast down to the slightest detail. Amenities include plates, glasses, cutlery, WMF cookware, a coffeemaker, Samsung side by side fridge with 650 liter space and ice cube dispenser, gas stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and a hot and cold water dispenser.

After your arrival from a long journey you will find the kitchen well stocked with toast, eggs, jam, and soft drinks, so you can enjoy a hearty breakfast. These refreshments are accompanied by a welcome snack and complimentary drinking water.

During your stay we provide coffee powder and a selection of teas.

Our service for cleaning, gardening and pool comes 6 days a week and makes sure that your home will always be in a top condition.

The Villa has a car park and can be easy reached by Taxi.

The Villa is at the end on a quiet laneway from Jalan Braban in heart of the most sought-after area of Seminyak.

With just five minute walking you reach Bali’s famous “Eat Street` were you will find all the trendy cafes, restaurants and bars including La Favela, Corner House, Red Carpet Champagne Bar, The Bistrot, Motel Mexicola and Ultimo . The famous Seminyak Beach, Ku De Ta, Potato Head Beachclub, La Lucciola and ShiShi Nightclub is just 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car or motorbike away.

We advise our guests to rent motorbike(s) or a car with a driver for daytrips. Other options are to use the Bluebird taxis, or preferably to use the Grab or Gojek applications to get around at a very low price.
