Villa Luma | Walk to Eat Street & Private Pool

Walk to central Seminyak’s restaurants and nightlife, then return to your own pool on a quieter residential lane. Villa Luma is a compact two-bedroom stay for two couples or a small group who plan to explore on foot, take easy Grab rides and spend unhurried hours by the water.

Both air-conditioned bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and can be arranged with one king bed or two singles. Between outings, the bright open-air living, dining and kitchen area keeps everyone together beside the pool.


The Space:
Villa Luma is arranged on one level around a private pool and compact tropical garden. White walls, patterned floors, timber furniture and vivid Indonesian textiles give the villa a bright, relaxed character.

The open-air pavilion combines the lounge, dining table and kitchen, with ceiling fans above and the pool alongside. It works well for breakfast before heading out, a swim between restaurant stops or drinks together at the villa. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine.

The two air-conditioned bedrooms are similar in size and comfort, so two couples can share without one pair feeling secondary. Each has an en-suite shower bathroom, TV, wardrobe and desk, and opens separately onto the living and pool area. Both king beds can be converted into twin beds with advance notice.

The villa accommodates a maximum of four guests; extra beds cannot be added.

The Neighborhood:
The house is perfectly situated for coffee, brunch, dinner, and exploring.
It’s a three-minute walk to Kilo Kitchen, and five minutes to HUT Bali for a tasty breakfast or lunch. Some of the area’s most popular restaurants are also within a five-minute walk.

Getting Around:
Villa Luma is set back from the busier streets of central Seminyak. Kilo Kitchen is about a 5-minute walk, Eat Street about 8 minutes and La Favela about 10 minutes. Seminyak Beach is roughly 15–20 minutes on foot.

Many guests walk for nearby meals and shopping, then use Grab bikes or cars for the beach, Bintang Supermarket and farther parts of Seminyak. The final lane is narrow, so scooters and compact cars are easiest.

Other Things to Note:
The living, dining and kitchen area is open-air and cooled by ceiling fans; the bedrooms are enclosed and air-conditioned. As with many open-air Bali homes, mosquitoes and occasional insects can enter the shared space.
The bedrooms are not internally connected: each opens separately onto the common living and pool area. The villa is in a residential neighborhood, with quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
There is no bathtub or heated spa. The pool has a water jet and is not heated.
