“Classic hotel in the centre of the old town in Luzern. Swiss quality and standard, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Skipped breakfast this time but I know from my past stay that it is good.”

“We booked this a couple of hours before we arrived as we are driving to France. This has to be one of the best stays we've had in any hotel. The village itself is gorgeous and very quaint. The hotel is immaculate and full of character and charm. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The spa was unexpected and we had it all to ourselves. “Very central hotel with easy access to everything in Luzern. A bit of noise from the traffic in the rooms closest to the main street. Under renovation, my room was nice and recently done but everything was not in place in the room yet. Missed a smaller desk/table for work. Breakfast ok with fresh fruit but still quite basic. Staff friendly and helpful. Do not need new towels every day- spend a little bit more time on cleaning instead”

“Hotel is nice and in comparison to prices in Lucerne is a deal. That being said, the pillows needed to be changed years ago. One of mine was basically in 2 pieces and was only useable folded in half. Trash was still in the trash can from the prior guest and I could tell that was a female based on some Bathroom floor hair. Breakfast was great, staff was great and I’d probably still stay here again. ”

“Mysigt och lugnt läge. Overkligt fint vid vattnet! Bra ställe att ta ett dopp på vilket var ett stort plus för oss. Bra service och städning. Ett minus får isåfall bli kyrkklockan i närheten som ringer sen kväll och tidig morgon.”

“The hotel is great in all senses, it's modern and clean, it's stylish and relaxed and it has a nearly perfect location! They have a really good indoor pool and a nice deck outside where you can enjoy the view, sunbath or take a lovely swim in the lake. Their gym is quite decent and with a lovely view as well. They have two types of saunas and a massage pool. The room felt very modern and had an amazing balcony. There's free parking place and it's close to a bakery and a supermarket. We can...
