With 2 bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa, the home comfortably accommodates families, couples, and wine-trail travelers. Relax on the spacious patio overlooking the water, unwind on the deck beneath the birch tree, or head down to the private dock for boating, swimming, and lakeside lounging. Minutes from all the Finger Lakes has to offer!

Guests have full access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, the living area, kitchen, patio, upper and lower decks, garage, and the private dock. Enjoy direct water access for swimming and relaxing by the lake. The home includes high-speed fiber internet and four smart TV`s located throughout. Parking for up to three mid-size vehicles is available on the property for your convenience. Please note the property has several stairs leading down to house, thus this listing may not be suited for people with mobility issues.
