"My stay at Blisstia Hakone Sengokuhara was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfectly located for exploring Hakone. A huge thank you to Yashika, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and full of positive energy. From the moment I arrived, he welcomed me so warmly and made me feel completely at home. He offered great local tips, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared that I had the best possible experience. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly stay. "

"Wonderful location and excellent service! My one suggestion would be to offer larger sizes in the yukatas to be more inclusive. Also check the consistency - I asked for the largest size on the first day and it was perfect, the next day they changed it to a smaller size when the room was cleaned, and when I requested the largest size again it was much smaller. I thought it was mis-labeled, but the next one was a little bigger although not entirely comfortable. So they vary a lot in actual size."

"The staff was not shy of attempting to utilize English while helping foreign visitors, which was a great help when my Japanese couldn't help. The staff working in the restaurant, both during breakfast and dinner, were incredibly helpful, kind, and forthcoming when trying to converse. The homely feel of the room could be felt by these staff members, making the stay feel cozy throughout. Not only was the staff kind, but the elegance and taste of the food elevated the experience by miles. Thank you so much for the experience."
