âThis property is located two blocks from the downtown area and is a great location for exploring Tucson. Our bed was extremely comfortable! In the morning, there are well stocked coffee and tea stations, and the complimentary snacks were a lovely touch. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!â

âWhat a beautiful hotel! Everything is new with crisp, clean design. Staff were very friendly at both check-in and in the restaurant and bar. We got a very nice upgrade to a large suite with deep bathtub and huge shower! We ate dinner at their restaurant and the scallops and halibut were excellent! We walked downtown a bit and found a nice bourbon bar, Batch, just a few blocks away. Parking is easy underground, although they do charge for that service. We would definitely go back!â
âHomeless people roaming around the motel and the door wasn't possible to lock properly. One of them screamed repeatedly outside my window in middle of the night.
Reception accidentally froze $525 instead of $100 which was required for deposit. So I didn't have any money during my stay here. They sent the money back, but I don't know when it will be back in my account. No help other than a recommendation to talk with my bank about it was given by the hotel & Hotels.com

âThe rooms are alway nice and clean and the staff are all very kind. While I was there I saw the buliding was getting a new paint job, maybe some newer beds might help cause the center of the bed sinks in and kindof interupted my sleep, but after I put some pillows in the center I was ok, but that wont stop us from returning.

âI liked everything about property and didn't like a host/clerk who could barely speak English, was very obnoxious, arrogant and just outright unpleasant tha whole week we stayed there. She claimed to be a manager on numerous encounters but we're told she was not. I will never forget that she kept referring to us as "GRINGOS" and when my wife confronted her. Her attitude was like too bad I say what I want and doesn't matter who you complain too. We did complain, more than once but she continued...
