"Very friendly staff at all times, good breakfast w many Korean options, pool etc. Wished mats would had been vacuumed better. Great amenities and close to Lotte World mall, lotte world and Jamsil station. Free parking during the stay. Kids lounge with fun for the younger kids. Convenient store and Starbucks next to the hotel."

"A nice hotel but not fantastic. For a 5-star I’m missing food access the whole day by the pool (only after 5 pm), better English by all staff, a better breakfast (this was very average, maybe even below) with missing basic things like ham or vegetables. It said to be intercontinental but partly no. My daughter did though love the American pancakes and Nutella."

"Wonderful hidden gem in Dongdaemun area where you can find very nice shopping and food. One of few cheaper hotels I could find in Seoul and very much worth the money. The staff is so nice and helpful. Close to subway. I stayed for a week and loved it here. The room is simple but clean. AC works perfectly and mini fridge as well. The room is small but that's what I played for. Would stay here again!"
Toyoko Inn Seoul Gangnam

"I had a very positive stay at Toyoko Inn Seoul Gangnam. My room was spotlessly clean and well designed, with everything I needed neatly arranged in a compact space. The bed was comfortable, the pillow was good quality, and the air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. The location is excellent, right in the Gangnam area with restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and public transport very close by, so it was easy to get around and have everything I needed within walking distance. This was especially convenient for me since I had important appointments nearby and did not want to spend time or energy on long commutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always polite and attentive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. They also have English-speaking staff at the front desk, which made communication smooth and stress-free for me as an international guest. Overall, Toyoko Inn Seoul Gangnam is a clean, comfortable and practical hotel in a very central location. I felt well taken care of here and I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit South Korea in the future."

"A beautiful hotel situated with a fantastic view of Lotte Tower. Room really nice. Luxury! The personnel very kind and helpful. Should be treated better by some of the guests!!! They are doing a marvelous job! As a foreigner in this country I am impressed of the service."
