"Be aware that this hotel is not accessible if you are transferring between international flights where you need to collect your luggage between flights (e.g., if flights are on two separate reservations). Collecting the luggage means you have to go through immigration, and after going through immigration, you can no longer get back into the terminal to enter the hotel. Hence, you can only use it in transit if your luggage is checked to your final destination. My situation was sorted out thanks to some helpful staff that managed to reroute my luggage to my final destination, but if I hadnât asked a staff member before going through immigration, I wouldnât have been able to use my hotel room."
