"I had missunderstood the layout of the rooms so we were so happy when we arrived. I travelled with a friend and we got our own separate, but ajoining apartments. We each had our own bedroom, bathroom and livingroom. The room and everything around was so clean. The staff was very friendly via email, we never met anyone. There was no cleaning, offcourse, but we expected that and appreciated being left alone. Just like a home away frome home. But with amazing views. The only thing that took some getting used to was how to enter the building but everyting was provided in the welcome information and the other residents were very helpful and kind. "

"Our stay at Lavalse was 10/10. A nice view from our room, it was clean and the service from the front desk was superb. Very good breakfast buffet. Close to good shopping and restaurants. The only thing I can find that could be improved is that there could be a little to much queues for the elevators."

"Was a bit worried about noise from the train station, since it's so close, but you didn't even notice it! It's very conveniently located, just half a block from the central station, which means it's very easy to catch a bus or metro to where ever you are going! There is a lot of good food options in the area around the hotel, making it easy to find something that suits your taste. They will only clean your room daily of you ask them to, which I think is great since it is better for the environment to not clean unnecessarily. Otherwise they clean the room every 4 days. Fresh towels are provided daily. The staff is VERY helpful and will do their utmost to help you with any problem, no matter if it's related to your stay at the hotel or if you need help with which bus to take, or a recommendation of a restaurant. It is well worth the price!"
