Hotel was in good shape, felt newly renovated. Unfortunately poor lightning which made it hard to pack your luggage when it was evening. Location wise it is nothing to do in the area but the subway is 5 min away so easy to get where you want to go (subway is easily managed since stations are both in Korean and English).

You can tell the property was old, but the room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. The bed was very comfortable so I slept well even with early morning construction noises just next to the hotel. The room was dark even during the day, but I was gone most of the time do it's fine. The bathroom lights shut off on it's own after 30 min or so. I had to turn it back on if I was getting ready in there. It was close to bus and train stations, markets, and restaurants. They do charge for ice. Overall, it was a decent stay in one if the better rooms I've stayed in.

The style of the hotel is great but we have a terrible experience! We came to this hotel before 16:00, so we left the luggage there and went for a walk. When we back to the hotel after dinner (20:00 or later, I dont remember the exact time), the staff return the luggage to us and thats it. He looks confused when we stand there to wait for his action. We are confused too because we haven’t got the room key! maybe the staff is new? You wont expect what coming next. We are given the wrong room key! The room was clearly occupied by someone as we could see there was luggage in the room. Fine, we told the staff and he gave us the correct room quickly. The decorations of the room is great. The room is big and the bed is quite comfortable, but its a bit old. The bathtub is full of scratches and the metal parts are rusted. The coating of the air conditioner panel is detached. The clothings are packed in a plastic bag but when we take out the clothing there are a few hair inside it😵‍💫.

The housekeeping service was excellent, the front desk friendly, the neighborhood convenient. My only dissatisfaction was with the soundproofing, which is insufficient for the noise of construction during the day and the passionate cries of romantic neighbors at night.

チェックインは英語でできました。駅の入口から近いしコンビニやレストランがたくさんあり良かった。トイレはウォシュレットがありました。浴槽もありトイレと分かれていたので良かった。シャワーの水圧もあった。また宿泊したいと思います。

Slightly above average. Pros: Convenient location, only 3 minutes walk from Dangsan station. Plenty of dining options around the hotel. Room is spacious compared to hotels in busier districts. Overall clean and tidy. Cons: facilities a bit old and worn out. Tables and chairs a bit outdated. Bed and pillow on the soft side (doesn't suit me only; maybe preferable for others). Electronic bidet toilet seat not properly functioning (sometimes doesn't work, sometimes flush automatically). Remarks: the building next to the hotel is currently under construction (Mid Nov 2023). Quite nosiy starting from 8 am every working day

古いけどオシャレなホテル
駅から徒歩5分ほどの便利な場所にある。建物自体はとても古いが部屋は広くてオシャレにリノベされており、掃除もきちんとしてくれる。 とにかくフロントも部屋もとても暗い。そのため、朝日を感じて目覚めたい人には不向き。 2泊以上するとランドリーサービスが1回無料でしてもらえる。

I had a good time with this hotel and it would be one I'd consider using again. The staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly and able to help with an issue I had with my room. The first room I had there was an issue with the bathroom. After speaking with staff they were able to change my room. The room was maintained well by the cleaning staff who were very friendly.

Overall staying there was really nice! The only downside is that the lighting was a bit impractical. Other than that I’m pleased with the hotel! The staff was really nice, even though they didn’t really speak a lot of English, they tried they’re best to help me! (Papago for translating was super helpful as well!) Would recommend and would like to stay there again the next time I come to Korea~

The staff are lovely, I can’t stress enough that the following review doesn’t reflect in the staff but the owners! The rooms a good size and it’s close to public transport. But there is building work on 3 sides, construction sounds start at 7am and this is long term work that will go on for years. Whilst the rooms are relatively clean, the duvet covers had holes in and are clearly needing to be replaced. The free load of washing came back with some of my items discoloured so whoever the company they use are, they have never heard of a cool wash for mixed colours. The jacuzzis have the large jets turned off for safety reasons. Also when I booked it said I would have an outside patio or balcony. There was an inside patio style area in my room but definitely not outdoor patio or balcony. In fact there is no area like that on 3 sides of the building so this was false advertising. The outside area out the front of the hotel would be so much nicer if they put a mosquito repellent out there. I got 40 bites sitting out there with friends in one night. My legs were a mess. As others have said the rooms are very dark. I used one of the lamps angled towards a mirror to do my make up as it’s so dark, you can’t do it otherwise. The bar and restaurant closes at 3pm and not late night as it says and the menu very limited. There are signs celebrating NYE for 2yes ago on the building. I feel like the owners have stopped caring and it’s just the staff doing the best they can.

I did enjoy my stay at the hotel the staff are very helpful, even the cleaning staff despite English not being their first language we were able to communicate with the little Korean language I could speak. The receptionist and concierge are also very helpful and courteous. I know we foreigner are used for hotel staff smiling we have to be mindful that southKorea is different when it come to this they don’t smile that’s much but them mean well and will great you when ever they see you. I also want to thank the staff that helped printed my homework he was extremely helpful. The only down side is that they was a construction beside the hotel I got to be aware of it after booking the hotel but I decided not to cancel as I feel they noise won’t be too much since the rooms were sound proof, the minibar is not the same as you expect it to be and also the lounge closed down. Will I lodge again yes I love the location and hotel.

이불과 욕조에 타인의 머리카락이 있었으며, 방안의 tv리모콘은 사용이 잘 되지 않았음. TV 문제인지 리모콘 문제인지 알수 없음 ㅠ 욕실에 거울이 제대로된것이 없어 불편함.(거울에 격자가 있어 제대로 사용하기 어려움. 위치도 애매) 방안이 전체적으로 어두움. 새벽에 복도 문 여닫는 소리가 너무 잘 들림 ㅠ 주변이 공사중이라 아침부터 시끄러웠음.
