“We arrived during the “cold” season. Because of that the ac had been turned off for the building. Our room was 28 degrees Celsius. Fortunately the staff was helpful and switched the cool back on. Unfortunately however each floor runs on a single compressor. So it can only run either heat or cool. We went out and another guest requested heat. So when we returned to our room it was again very hot 26 degrees and climbing, reaching 28 again. We had to wait 3 hours for the other guest to check...

“Toppen spa känsla, ”

“For a foreign traveler on a budget, this is where your money gives you the best for your buck. Close to trains and buses for transportation and restaurants. Only 35 minutes by taxi from airport.”

“I paid for a superior room but the only non-smoking room available was a standard room no refund was given for the difference. The room was clean but very small. The room amenities were nice but no room service was provided. Cleaning supplies often cluttered the stairwells, night staff slept on a mattress in view of the check-in desk which did not give the hotel a boutique style feeling. There was a 7-11 across the street and a bus and subway nearby. There were restaurants within walking...

“Front desk is never staffed and check in is done talking to a virtual receptionist. Housekeeping schedule is inconsistent and there are some decent food options. Decent location that is close to Incheon airport but a no frills motel vibe.”

“Unlike most hotels in that area, this hotel has a working staff at the front desk. But the staff's quality was quite bad. They did not know how to print my proof of stay which is typically required for the reimbursement of the travel expenses. The two staffs that I met (one at the time of check in and the other at the time of coming back from my dinner) promised to send me the proof of stay, but I have never received it.”

“Nice and clean. We love the area also the service but it could be better if all the electronic control was easier to use.”

“The hotel is adapted to partying people. The bed has a plastic sheet just beneath the top sheet causing it not to breathe at all. I also gut stuffed nose every time I entered the room, which didn't go away until I left the room again. The location is pretty good if you intend to go to the pub and restaurant district, but not much else around. Metro is pretty nearby. Breakfast is nothing to speak of, but the coffee machine they had there made good coffee. Check in at 1800 is quite late.”

“Not very good. Would not recommend.”

“Not clean at all and smell like smoke”
