It includes a 27m² bedroom, a 21m² living room, a 29m² dining room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a laundry room. Exclusive outdoor space: 2 terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and bioclimatic pergola, swing, ping pong table, and summer kitchen. Shared with the 3 gîtes: large swimming pool and 6-person jacuzzi, available from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days a week, from May to October.

For walks, at 300 meters, there is access to Bois Redon with its PR (hiking trails). You can also visit the Camp de Jude 2 km away (memorial of Spanish deportees). Don’t hesitate to see the 2 dolmens in Septfonds.
