Excellent 6 nights stay at RIxos Premium Belek for me, my wife and my 9 month old son. The Hotel staff were superb and really helpful throughout our stay, catering for our every need. There are endless things to do at the resort, never a dull day!

This was our first time at a Rixos resort and we were not disappointed! We were upgraded to a legendary suite upon arrival, which was lovely, and meant our children had their own space! They were also given the cutest mini robes and toiletries pouches! Nouf and Soumaya set up a WhatsApp group with us and were so helpful! They were part of our concierge service and it was so easy sending them a message instead of having to call all the time! The food was my only issue! The quality in the buffet restaurant and food court was superb! But my only qualm was the way you book the a la cart restaurants! It meant we didn’t get to try them all. The places are released at 10am and then you almost wait in a queue until you get through to book! This was really disappointing as with little children we needed earlier dinner times which were gone by the time we got through, despite trying from 10am! The staff were hit and miss. Most of them were lovely but some didn’t understand English so it was much harder to explain to them what we wanted! The kids pool / play area was amazing! We could let them run free without worrying as there were life guards- the kids / teens areas were lovely too with softplay / play stations, and activities all day including meet the trolls, face painting and discos! Overall it was a really lovely trip! The resort is easy to navigate the strip of beach was nice. We went to land of legends wishing was also easy with free transfers! I’d go again!!

Our holiday at Rixos Premium Belek was absolutely outstanding. With our dedicated personal holiday assistant, Ms. Jannet, ensuring our comfort and fulfilling our every desire, it truly felt like a dream come true. The food at the main restaurant was delightful, and the dishes at the à la carte Z’ASYA were both exotic and delicious. The hotel's overall concept is marvelous, offering ample options even for our 2.5-year-old. The indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the kids' water section, were fantastic. The cleaning services were exceptional, whether it was room cleaning, restaurant upkeep, or restroom maintenance. The spa facilities were outstanding, featuring amenities like sauna, salt rooms, and hamams. The bar provided a vibrant atmosphere with daily entertainment programs and a variety of exotic cocktails and drinks. The daily entertainment programs, tailored for both adults and kids, were abundant and enjoyable. All in all, we've already made plans to visit Rixos Premium in Belek regularly.

Nice hotel. The stormy rainy weather was not ideal but the fact the hotel has a cinema and bowling and arcade, and all the other facilities was great . Staff were very nice especially our cleaner Turka and Ali who was very helpful great at arranging transport. Having Serdar and Nouf was a blessing especially when our luggage was lost and Serdar managed to get it back for us as well as helping to get lost medication..a BIG thank you to him. It's a great idea to have assigned people to help you during your stay. It's a lovely hotel although the only downfall is that there's not much around it but the bus to land if Legends is very handy. The food is nice and having the People's restaurant open 24 hrs was great as well as the late night buffet. Lovely hotel and I would highly recommend .

Amazing stay at this full service hotel. Rooms were good - maybe a bit dated. The service was awesome from the holiday assistants (Hanson/kaan). The food at the Asian restaurant Zasysa was the best we had eaten. The service and food at the turquoise was brilliant - chef Deepak was the best & service from Hakki Mert & team was excellent. El Kahn & Mahendra provided fantastic service under Prince’s guidance at the Italian restaurant

This property is beautiful. We spent four nights and it was amazing. We were assigned Nouf as a personal assistant who took care of all the details from making sure the room is perfect to making restaurant reservations for us and also updating us daily on all activities going on in the resort. The restaurants whether buffet, menu or beachside are all excellent with so many options that will meat any diet. All fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back.

We had our honeymoon at Rixos Gocek and our first holiday with our daughter at Rixos Belek - there is a reason we chose Rixos for two of the most important and special holidays of our lives…. This place is amazing! I went earlier this year with my brothers for a relaxing break. It was so good that I revisited with my wife. Great friendly staff, lots of delicious food and clean. The fabulous weather is a bonus. I'll be going back again next year with the whole family.

Not everyone spoke English, and the employees would sometimes express their frustrations about not understanding us and would talk about us in Turkish. The air conditioner did not work despite trying to fix it. the Taxis have fixed prices and don't use a meter, and thus they charge very expensive fares.

Excellent stay at Rixos
First time in Rixos and it was excellent. Large resort with plenty of room for everyone. Lots of great staff, huge pools, all 4 A La Carte restaurants were very good, evening entertainment lively, kids club made holidaying with a toddler easy, personal concierge available on WhatsApp, pool side waitresses on roller blades is fun and also super efficient. Hard to fault it but wine list could be improved - all they have is 2 reds, 2 whites, 1 rose. No fan in room, just a/c - I prefer to sleep with a fan rather than a/c. But these are small things.
