“The check-in took 30 mins, they also wanted to charge us extra for a cot when we had reserved a room for 3 but there was only 2 single beds for the 3 of us. There was mold in the room by the window in the bathroom and the one overlooking outside. There was a band that played starting at 9:30pm that could be heard all throughout the hotel, not ideal if you have children or if you were hoping to get an early night of sleep.
The hotel definitely needs an update. Lots of things falling apart....
“Hotel excelente num local muito agradável e tranquilo. as instalações são ótimas e o pessoal muito solicito e gentil. Embora o restaurante do hotel não funcionar no dia da minha hospedagem há algumas opções de restaurantes próximos mas não muitas. O pequeno almoço estava ótimo e muito bem servido com frutas e omeletes saborosos ! Fiquei arrependido de me hospedado por apenas 1 noite. O Hotel e a região merece no mínimo 2 diárias.”
“Trevligt hotell, toppenläge, rent och fint. Förvånande att städningen av rummet missades en av dagarna. Inte vad man förväntar sig av ett 4-stjärnigt hotell.
Totalt ändå en väldigt trevlig och positiv upplevelse. Katia i receptionen var bäst, jättetrevlig, kunnig och hjälpte oss med allt!👍😁”
“Thank you to the amazing staff at Casa do Vidoeiro who provided outstanding customer service to our family. The amenities were as advertised, super clean and working AC along with an amazing pool. Our host Mr. Jose was superb and provided valuable insight to the areas must see spots…we will be back!”
“Very nice, new hotell. Spacious room, good parking, nice cherry concept (we didn't stay in the cherry bungalow), nice bathroom, very nice to have a sun bed in the lower, shallow pool, would surely consider coming back if we visit the area again. ”
