Super vacances
Très jolie maison, bien équipée. Hôte très sympathique et à disposition. Magnifique environnement mais voiture obligatoire pour se déplacer dans la région qui offre de nombreuses choses à voir.

Great vacations
Vasco is a great host and his home is confortable for 8 people. Someome came to clean the pool and another person was here to change the bed sheets. Beautiful and safe area, close to Lisbon and magnificent beaches. Would go back with no hesitation.

Wonderful villa with pool
We had a wonderful holiday in this spacious, rustic villa with a good sized swimming pool and garden set in a national park near to lovely beaches and plenty of opportunities for sightseeing. Owner Vasco is very helpful with information where to visit, less than an hour to Lisbon and there are beautiful views from the villa with lots of shady areas to enjoy sitting in. We really enjoyed our stay

Wonderful family holiday in idyllic location
We were an extended family of eight, ranging from 10 to 74 years old & everyone really enjoyed their stay in this spacious, well appointed villa. The pool was lovely & very popular with the young, & not so young. The views are remarkable on all directions & at all times of day from sunrise, over the mountains of Arrabida to sunset, over the Atlantic Ocean. The location is very rural but ideal for visiting the coast at Sesimbra & Setubal + various coves only minutes by car, as are excellent restaurants & lots of supermarkets. Wonderful opportunities for cycling, on & off road. Vasco is a very friendly, approachable & an excellent host. We were sad to leave & hope to return sometime in the future.

Brilliant
Had a great week here, beautiful location with stunning views & loads to do nearby. Definitely need a car. The pool was the hit, great size & perfect for a bit of props swimming or just messing about. Villa is lovely, better than the photos with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay in this villa in Sesimbra
We had the great pleasure of staying in this villa for a week in July 2022. It has lots of space, a great pool and good amenities and is situated very privately and quiet. A 45 min drive from Lisbon airport , and a 15 min drive to Sesimbra and Setubal , both of which towns have good beaches , activities and restaurants. We will definitely consider booking this villa in the future. Special thanks to Vasco, the host/owner who made us feel very welcome!

A great house in a super location.
We were delighted with the property which was perfect for our needs with 5 adults and a baby.. the location was perfect with fantastic views of the surrounding forests and hillsides. The facilities and amenities were excellent. We all lived the swimming pool, even the baby who could play safely in the courtyards, balconies and the garden surrounding the pool. We would definitely go back and highly recommend the place to others.

Maison très agréable et bien placée
Maison très sympa et fonctionnelle dans un cadre magnifique au cœur du parque de Arrábida et proche de Lisbonne. Nous sommes restés 8 jours, rando sympa à dans le parque, on a même pu observer des dauphins près de Portinho Arrábida. Région super. La maison était propre, le jardin très agréable et très bien entretenu La vu depuis le jardin est top et la piscine très grande. Je recommande sans hésiter et n’hésiterais pas à y retourner. Pour des plats à emporter, le Galeriao sur la national vers Lisbonne est extra et le patron hyper gentil.

Espectacular
La villa está muy bien equipada, y muy limpia. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar las playas de Arrabida y para visitar Lisboa y su entorno. Hemos estado dos familias con 5 niños y ha sido estupendo. Eso sí, en pleno agosto hace frío por las noches en el exterior. Hay que ir abrigados. Vasco, el propietario, muy accesible y servicial. Repetiremos sin duda

Ein wundervoller Ausblick!
Ein Ort an dem man gut zur Ruhe kommen kann, mit tollen Aussichten auf Lissabon und in den Naturpark. Das Objekt bietet aussen schöne Sitzecken mit tollem Ausblick , verschiedene Ebenen, einen tollen langen Pool der des Nachts beleuchtet sein kann. Für Familien mit Kindern ist gut geeignet. Allerdings ist das Objekt in die Jahre gekommen, schnuppert etwas, und bringt so manche Alterserscheinungen mit sich, um die man sich noch besser kümmern sollte. Nichts desto trotz, würde ich sehr gerne wieder hinfahren, da der Erholungswert unglaublich groß gewesen ist.

Magnifique maison dans une localisation parfaite pour ce que nous recherchions: vue extraordinaire sur la Serra da Arrabida, l'énorme piscine, située au calme, la salle de jeux sympathique, avec tout le confort nécessaire et bien équipée. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette villa! Pour être plus qu'incroyable, la maison mériterait juste un petit "rafraichissement". Nous retournerions avec plaisir et je recommande vivement cette villa entre amis ou en famille!

Excelente
Casa muy funcional y amplia, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones de verano maravillosas. El parque natural de Arrabida es precioso, con unas playas de ensueño (difícil acceso y aparcamiento muy escaso, conviene madrugar mucho o ir al turno de tarde, el agua está bastante fría pero es cristalina y permite un snorkel de calidad) y buenas rutas a pie y bicicleta. La casa es un buen punto desde donde visitar Setúbal (el mercado tiene muy buen surtido y es bonito), Sesimbra, el cabo Espichel y numerosas playas, incluso Lisboa está a 45 mins. y se puede ir de tarde-noche o para pasar el día. La piscina, la barbacoa y el espacio exterior para las comidas familiares, de 10. L comunicación con Vasco es muy fácil y su acogida fue muy buena. Para repetir.

Bel endroit, bonnes vacances
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La villa est superbe, située dans un paysage magnifique, très agréable à vivre. Nous avons bien profité de ses espaces, de la piscine et des plages aux alentours. Merci à Vasco pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Amazing week!
Perfect for group of 7 friends friends!! We hired cars which i would say were necessary.. supermarkets and beautiful beaches 10 mins drive away max. It was so peaceful and relaxing but also close enough Sesimbra bars and restaurants. We loved our stay!!

Maison très agréable et bien située
Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans cette belle maison bien équipée. Le propriétaire, Vasco, nous a très bien accueilli et a été très disponible. La maison est située dans le parc naturel d'Arrabida et à seulement 35 minutes du centre de Lisbonne en voiture. La piscine est entretenue régulièrement et une femme de ménage passe changer les draps et les serviettes au milieu du séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci Vasco.

Conforme à la description ! Lieu agréable, maison spacieuse, propriétaire généreux
Bravo pour cette magnifique maison, calme, confortable et proche de tous les lieux touristiques. Tout est fait pour passer des vacances agréables et reposantes. On se sent comme chez soi ! La piscine est vaste (11 m), il y a un baby-foot, un panier de basket-ball, les commerces sont à proximité...Et le propriétaire, Vasco, est agréable et disponible.

Beautiful Location & Setting
If you want to escape from the rat race this is the property for you. Comfortable and well appointed with an excellent decent length swimming pool, which encouraged me to get in and do a few lenghts each day. But note it is not heated so brace yourself. The views from the terrace are stupendous and the charming town of Azeitao is nearby (approx 5kms) with a good choice of restaurants, coffee shops and 3 supermarkets. The villa is spacious and though some of the crockery needs updating (several cups and plates were chipped and a few beer glasses would have been appreciated) it has all the facilities you would expect including an outdoor BBQ, coffee machine and decent sized TV. WIFI is available also. There may be an issue with waste as there was a continuous unpleasant smell in the main bedroom and en suite which did linger, but keep the air con going in this room and the smell is masked. Definitely would recommend it, especially due to its close proximity to Lisbon, Sesimbra and Setubal. If you do go make sure you spend an afternoon on Dolphin watch off Setubal. A very satisfying and charming trip when for a good half hour you have a very good chance to witness the local Dolphins swimming and playing in their natural habitat. Memorable.
