“The hotel is in a great location, with beautiful surroundings and scenery, and it’s fairly close to Brig train station. The staff was very friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even arranging an early check-in. Breakfast was lovely, with the staff personally attending to each guest to ensure the best experience. ”

“The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations.”
