On the ground floor, the colourful apartment has a cosy open-plan living area, with a comfortable sofa, smart TV and a round dining table. A glass door leads out onto a private balcony, where guests can enjoy the mountain landscape. The separate kitchenette, off the living room, is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed and wardrobe (bed 1.8m long).
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also has a bunk bed , a wardrobe and a glass door leading out onto the balcony.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. There is also extensive cupboard space in the room

Location
The apartment is just 300 metres from ski slopes in the heart of Sestriere with restaurants, cafes, ski rentals and supermarkets all very close by.

In the winter season, in addition to skiing and snowboarding, guests can enjoy cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing.

During the summer months, Sestriere and its surroundings offer visitors a rich programme of entertainment and cultural and sporting events for adults and children. For hiking the Valle Argentera is a 10-minute drive and the Parco Naturale Val Troncea is a 20-minute drive away. The Sestriere Golf Club is just an 8-minute walk and the outdoor swimming pool is only a 6-minute walk.

Turin airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes from the flat.
