âMade to feel very welcome and hotel kindly arranged a late check-in without fuss. The room was comfy and clean and the breakfast first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in a super location on the bridge with views of the river and just a short walk to shops and amenities. Very friendly - will always go back when visiting Thetford area.â

The staff are very welcoming, took us to our room which was clean, spacious and inviting, the room was over looking a canal, which made it feel tranquil when sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking tea, in the robes provided.
The bed was comfy, decent size walk in shower room too.
Had an ibiza themed night when we stayed, so decent music.

âNo heating in the room, it was 6 degrees in there all night. They gave me a new room in the morning, but when I arrived after work it was just 12 degrees in that room. ItÂŽs also very worn down with stains everywhere on walls and floors, and it smells of mold.â
âCozy old hotel with a lot of character. Lots of shops nearby. Nice little town. Newly renovated rooms. Restaurant and pub downstairs that serves good food for resonable prices. Downstars there's a lot of the old feeling and character of the building still there, in a good way.â

âBeautiful quiet location, Plenty of space outside on the patio and also inside . Staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was very good with an over fill carpark. Food was very good and breakfast was good value and very nice, If anything, the bedrooms were a little on the small side and rooms need a bit of freshening up. All in All we were very happy with our stay and would certainly go again,â

âWe have stayed here several times when we are in the area. Great people there (we noticed the staff are consistent, always a good sign) the rooms are comfy and clean and parking is easy. It's in a pretty spot and the food available is delicious and reasonably priced. Caters very well for vegans too. We will be going back again. 5 starâ
