It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), flat-screen TV, table and high chairs, and air conditioning. There is a 5.80 m² terrace with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, and dishwasher). The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. There is a separate WC. (New bedding and appliances). Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe. A private parking space (number 76) within the residence and a caretaker are included.

The advantages of the location: Everything is within walking distance, and you can easily stop for lunch at the Sète market. The beaches of Sète are 3.8 km away, accessible by bus. The train station is a 10-minute walk. There is a building caretaker. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.
