'Cave 1' Room with Mountain Views, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Cave 1, located in Setenil de las Bodegas, offers views of the countryside and the river canyon. The 40 m² property consists of a living room, an open bedroom and a bathroom, accommodating 2 people. You have Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix access, a washing machine in a shared area and a pool towel for the sun lounger. A ping-pong table is also available for your use. The pellet stoves are decorative and not operational. This holiday accommodation features outdoor space with a garden, communal pool, air conditioning (hot/cold), terrace and an outdoor shower (currently out of service). There is a shared kitchen. Barbecues are prohibited by law.

Rural property with 4 themed cave rooms and a stone room on the ground floor, all with shared common areas. Guests have access to a shared kitchen for all five rooms (maximum 12 people) and a communal outdoor terrace. Stairs lead to the caves and pool area. Each room includes one parking space at the entrance. The pool is shared. No pets, smoking, parties, or events allowed. Security cameras are on site. Access to rooms is via an app, so a smartphone is required. This is not a hotel—no staff except for maintenance, no extra services, and no breakfast. Pellet stoves are decorative only and do not work. We are not responsible for valuables in rooms or common areas. Barbecues are prohibited by law. No children allowed.
