  • Sardinia, Seulo, with breathtaking mountain views. New, nice and comfortable apartment, temperature-controlled, immersed in silence and greenery, for two to four people, obtained, together with two others, from a villa that was half 800, completely renovated recently.
    It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, a large and comfortable double sofa bed. The living room overlooks a balcony equipped for eating and a spectacular mountain view. It also has a large double room, with exceptional views, fully furnished. La Stellaria is tastefully furnished and has all the comforts for a comfortable stay. The bathroom overlooks the valley and is equipped with a shower cubicle. All the rooms enjoy a beautiful and unique panorama. Nearby we also manage the properties INCANTU 6855104, LA PEONIA 10262575, FERULA 10050793.
    The house is thermo-conditioned, equipped with TV, microwave, toaster, various kitchen accessories, bed linen and towels, toiletries. The house is immersed in a landscape that is still intact and wild. The surrounding landscape offers an enchanting scenery, considered among the most fascinating in Sardinia and a destination of great attraction for unforgettable excursions. A few kilometers away is Seulo, a small, picturesque, rich village
    of springs, waterfalls, woods, natural pools, a mountain landscape of extraordinary beauty. The Flumendosa river and its tributaries create breathtaking scenery. Impossible to give up an excursion along the river path to Sa Stiddiosa.
    The Su Stampu waterfall ‘e su Turrunu, a natural monument inside a cave immersed in the dense green of the forest is enchanting and singular.
    Many other natural beauties characterize this enchanting place. Great attraction for natural archaeological monuments such as the Domus de Janas caves and the nuraghi. In the village festivals and village festivals are organized, extended also to the neighboring countries, which allow guests to appreciate the value of traditions and local food and wine proposals. At 90km the beautiful sea of Tortolì.

Amazing balcony and view of the stars

We spent 4 nights in the Stellaria and we loved the place. It is quite remote but close to all hiking and lovely Seulo with its amazing people. The apartment is very well equipped and enjoyable. The nightsky is breathtaking. Absolutely recommended.

Het was een fijn appartement. Vanaf t balkon uitzicht over het dal. Het ligt heel afgelegen, dat vinden wij fijn. Prima slaapkamer, de keukenvoorzieningen waren een voudig maar prima. Douche was klein, maar t ging net. We hebben het enorm naar onze zin gehad. Een punt voor verbetering: het weggetje er naartoe is vreselijk! Bijna onbegaanbaar en riskant met een huurauto vanwege de diepe kuilen. Daar zou wat aan gedaan moeten worden. Ook is het verwarrend dat agritourismo wordt aangegeven als ontvangstplek. Dat is echter niet zo! Dat mag duidelijker in de omschrijving

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Michele. Nous regrettons toujours de ne pas croiser les proprios. Seulo est un petit village très attachant parce que les gens sont d'une incroyable gentllesse. Tout le monde vous dit bonjour. Ce petit village est au milieu d'une nature magnifique avec énormément de possibilités de promenades. Ne chercher pas de grandes surfaces, il n'y en a pas. On y retrouve les petits commerces d'avant et l'on a le plaisir d'y être bien accuelli. Vacances vertes et dépaysantes, un vrai bonheur. Stany;

Ruhe in den Bergen

Das Haus ist in der Bergwelt Sardiniens sehr ruhig inmitten von Berg- und Landwirtschaft gelegen. Es ist eine fantastische Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon aus. Natur pur. Es hat Trinkwasser ab Hahn im Haus. Zudem sehr heisses Wasser ab Hahn, was sehr angenehm ist. Abstriche gibt es leider bei der Sauberkeit. Die Wohnung selber haben wir ordentlich vorgefunden, jedoch musste das Küchengeschirr vor dem Gebrauch zuerst gereinigt werden und die Klobürste war vermutlich noch von letzter Saison. Gesamthaft gesehen würden wir die Wohnung aber wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Leider stressiger Anfang

Die Unterkunft selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Blick in die Berge schön, aber rund ums Haus sieht es gerümpelig aus. Ein steiniger Weg mit Gestrüpp am Rand führt zu der einzeln stehenden Hütte.Leider ging die Schlüsselübergabe total daneben, die angegebene Person war den ganzen Tag nicht erreichbar, wir hatten vom Besitzer keine Telefonnummer und FeWO direkt hat uns immer wieder aus der Bandansage geworfen, so dass wir uns kurzfristig ein anderes Quartier suchen mussten. Am nächsten morgen hab ich dann endlich die Agentur erreicht und mit dem Besitzer gesprochen. Wir sind dann noch dort eingezogen, unser Ansprechpartner hat uns in 5min alles erklärt und weg war er wieder. Bisher hat uns niemand eine Entschädigung für unsere Mehrkosten und den Stress angeboten, lediglich eine weitere Nacht dort. Dies ließ unser Reiseplan aber nicht zu. Schade, wir hatten uns auf eine stressfreie Zeit in den Bergen sehr gefreut.

Prima appartement maar de airco maakt vreselijk veel herrie. Het balcon is alleen s’ochtends mogelijk, daarna in de volle zon. Erg afgelegen, maar hierin ligt natuurlijk ook de charme. Voor een paar dagen prima, aardige en behulpzame host.

Short stay

Great place to stay for a 2 nights. The view is beautiful but there is not much to do in the neighbourhood. Information about markets or shops would be nice. The apartment is quiet basic but has its needs. Important to know that the location comes with a beautiful view but also a longtime drive to a shop or attraction because of the mountains.

Toller und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren 3 Wochen im Sommer in der Wohnung mit Balkon. Es war wunderschön. Das Haus liegt mitten im Grünen, sehr sehr ruhig, sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betreuung vor Ort einfach genial. Hilfsbereit, freundlich, immer gut gelaunt.... Gerne wieder...

Wir genossen die abgeschiedene Lage und den einzigartig schönen Ausblick, die saubere, neue und nett eingerichtete Wohnung sehr. Danke an die Gastgeber, auch für die Flasche Wein sowie für das „starter-Versorgungs-Paket“ (Café und süßes). Man muss wissen, dass die letzten ca 100m des Weges zum Haus sehr schmal und nicht asphaltiert sind - die holprige Fahrt lohnt sich jedoch.

Lovely quiet and relaxing apartment near Seulo

In June 2019 spent a most relaxing week at this recently fully renovated traditional house with three floors. It is reached by a 300 m farm path past a vineyard and some fields. The main road to Seulo is not very close - one hears occasionally powerful motorcycles, but next to no traffic at night. My apartment, a kitchen / living room, bedroom and bathroom with a small balcony are on the first floor. The apartment is easily aired, keeps cool even in summer, and has a functioning air conditioning if needed. The mattress and cushions are fairly firm. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge plus freezer, toaster, moka pot), and I found some lovely home made cake, plus a pot of jam, ground coffee and packed breakfast pastries ready. The small balcony, equipped with a table and two chairs overlooks a green and quiet valley and faces west / south west. The wifi works well, also for streaming. Getting the keys - phoning Virginia upon arriving at Seulo - was efficient and fast (thank you!), and in the village I met - entirely by chance - some really lovely local people. All correspondence with the owner was speedy, friendly, and efficient. Many thanks - I will definitely come back soon!

Magic house surrounded into the wild Nature of Seulo

I usually visit places fully surrounded by nature looking for enchanting spots like this one. Nevertheless I found this place as such a surprising and amazing house which made me feel like in a movie. We had the chance to share an interesting excursion, walking thru breathless tracks. The house was very warm and hospitable, equipped with every possible comfort to spend a real relaxing holiday. Specifically this house has a beautiful porch where we had breakfast and dinner enjoying a magic green landscape. We felt in love with Seulo and this house so that we are sure we will be back in September to spend there a full week. If you are looking for a wild place where you can estrange yourself enjoying wonderful excursion in the most wild and peaceful Sardinia, we strongly suggest this location.

Stay in a lovely place

It’s a welcoming, loving and lightened house surrounded by green and nature; the landscape is amazing, and there is a beautiful view from all the rooms in the house. The house has everything we need. The living room is not very big but it has a porch with chairs and table that face towards the green. You can have breakfast and lunch there: that was a magic and peaceful moment, something wonderful for me. We received a warm welcome and Virginia gave us all the informations about the place and around there. Seulo is located in a beautiful area so we took some trips and we visited some natural places, including mountains areas. We had a private tour in “Sa Stiddiosa”, which I suggest, because you can have a beautiful walking into the mountains. At the end of the day we were very tired, but happy for these magic trip spent in Seulo. I really recommend this place!!! Christian
