The spacious living room and dining area provide ample space for relaxation. Unwind in the king-sized bed with a brand new hybrid mattress and luxury pillows, adorned with premium Brooklinen sheets. The modern bathroom features a refreshing rain shower and Cowshed amenities, along with cozy robes.

The plush king-sized bed invites you to snuggle up, and floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with natural light and scenic garden views. A fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, or you can explore the Grove complex with its exceptional restaurants, bars, wellness center, and shops. For a laid-back evening, the rooftop dining area and infinity plunge pool offer the perfect setting. Consider #17 your home away from home, complete with TV, games, books, coffee, and tea. We provide all the essentials, from luxury robes and Cowshed toiletries to a Nespresso machine, beach chairs, and a portable Igloo cooler. Rest assured, your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities.



The Neighborhood:

The complex boasts an ideal location on Seven Mile Beach, known for its vibrant entertainment, exceptional dining options, and a wide range of activities in Grand Cayman. Conveniently situated within walking distance, you'll find Camana Bay, Georgetown, renowned restaurants, a large grocery store, tour operators, and dive shops nearby.



Getting Around:

Should you wish to explore further, transportation options abound. You can easily rent a car or request a doorstep pickup by a taxi service. Additionally, public transportation along West Bay Road, which runs along the Seven Mile Beach strip, offers another convenient way to get around. If you're participating in organized tours, most operators offer door-to-door transportation services.

We provide a queen-sized air mattress which can be used in the living area.



The Grove features The Rec Room Gym offering private and membership options. The private gym (Pavilion) provides a boutique training facility with luxury therapy rooms, a red-light room, and cryotherapy chamber. Prebooking or appointments are required, with separate pricing for members and non-members. The luxury membership gym offers elite equipment and innovative fitness classes in high-end studios, requiring an annual membership fee. Non-members can access the Courtyard facilities at a weekly or monthly rate (classes not included and no day passes available).



If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.



We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.

Superb stay

This condo was everything we had imagined. It was clean and bright and new. There was some construction noise below during the day but we were usually gone then. It was always done by 5 pm when we returned. There was also some road noise from the highway behind us but that would have been anywhere. We appreciated having the beach chairs and the cooler to take to the beach. A beach umbrella could be added. The king size bed was very comfortable and made sleeping easy.
