Hotell nära Seven Pines National Cemetery

“By far 1 of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in a minute. Each glass and dish was wiped down to perfection. Called the front desk 1 time for more sheets and they were there in 30 seconds. I said well d***! lol. Great service. Just let people know that parking is additional instead of just charging cards.”

“Poorly maintained facilities, air condition was broken as well shower head don’t work. Complain about problem. Was told they will fix it. But for our three days of stay, despite complaining every day, no one came and fix the shower or air condition.”

“I booked the hotel stating explicitly that we needed a room for 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids, 14, 17 and 17. When we came to the hotel they charged us $10 extra for a fold out bed, as it was obvious that you can't fit 3 kids in a queen size bed. This was not what we expected. I did not expect this from either Hotels.com nor the hote.”

“Very nice hotel, while on travel. Quiet location with no nearby nightclubs or booming music, no airplane noise, room was clean, shower was hot with nice flowing shower head and liquid soap/shampoo. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Light blocking curtains do not close all the way but didn't seem to be an issue. Has a nice kitchenette with microwave, full sized refrig, dishwasher, two burner stove, a few dishes and what appeared to be provided DW tablets and liquid dish soap, closet has wood hangers...

“I actually love this spot for the most part. However, the space is shared. And guess which some appear to be permanent residents. I noted this from faces from one stay to the next. It appears some guests weren't happy with things going on in general. Because I overheard teo parties talking openly about residents. Which is true people smoking is one thing.However loitering in front makes the establishment appear tacky and ghetto. It gives cheap prices nice amenities people can easily stay. I...

“Very friendly staff, however, that cannot negate the stench that hit the moment we walked into this property. Water dripping from the ceiling in the lobby into a large plastic tub, mildew smell so strong I tried not to breathe on the walk between our room and the lobby. Still stank in the room, but not quite as bad. Walls so thin that we heard people walking and talking up and down the hallway at all hours of the night. The door of the room next to ours was ominously open the whole time we were...
