Super nice gated neighborhood with community pool (hours 10-8pm Memorial Day to Labor Day), Clubhouse for hosting weddings.

We highly recommend grabbing your snacks and groceries before reaching the cabin, as there are very limited delivery options available once you're there. Cellular service might fluctuate, but our WiFi is consistently reliable.

Guests are required to register through our Guest Portal to access their check-in information.

Minimum age requirement is at least 25 years old to book.

***Community Pool typically opens over the Memorial Day weekend in May. It is typically closed after the Labor Day weekend in September, weather permitting (9am-5pm). The pool does not have lifeguard and do not provide towels. No pool passes required.

There are lots of bears running around the cabins so lock your cars! If you're lucky enough to experience a bear sighting, make sure you pack your camera. The bears are friendly but do not leave any food in the car!

Please note our cleaning fee is for general cleaning, trash removal and laundry. If the home is left exceptionally dirty, we may charge an additional cleaning fee depending on severity.

Fireplace are off from May 1st - October 1st
4WD/AWD vehicles are recommended from December-April

We have an extra guest fee after the 10th person for $25 per night

We provide a starter pack of basic necessities, such as toilet paper, trash bags, soap/shampoo, and paper towels.
Our cleaners also usually leave (if applicable) dishwasher tablets/dish soap, coffee, oil/salt/pepper, etc.
We do our best to provide the basics, but please consider that it is really meant for getting you started in for shorter stays. If you need a little extra of any of these items, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you!


You have a Charcoal type grill at this property, if you intend on using it, you will need to provide your charcoal.

Please use the bear-proof containers on the outside of the cabin. Please do not leave food and trash on the decks and porches or in your vehicles. Bears are active and we are in their habitat.

Bear protection:

1) Do not feed or interact with bears if you see them. Never get in between a mama bear and her cub.
2) Never run away from bears, they would think you are prey. Stay 50 yards away.
3) If needed, make loud noises and move slowly
4) Do not put trash outside unless it's in the bear-proof containers- it will attract bears!
5) Take pictures since they are so cute! But DO NOT approach. Lock car doors and cabin doors as bears have been known to get into them!
6) Remove all food and trash from your vehicles! Bears can smell it and can damage your vehicle trying to get to the food!
7) Keep your car doors locked at all times. Bears are getting wiser and they can open car doors.
