$2,000 penalty for smoking or vaping

No pets — $500 fee for unauthorized pets and immediate removal without refund

Security Notice
One exterior security camera overlooks the driveway/grill area. No indoor surveillance.

Driving Note
4-wheel or all-wheel drive is recommended during winter or snowfall.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover illness, weather, work conflicts, and other emergencies. Refunds and cancellations will follow our stated policy and be handled through your travel insurer.

Hot Tub
Drained, cleaned, and refilled between guests. It may take until evening of check-in to reach full temperature.

Lock pool doors at all times

Do not turn off water hose/autofill

Shower before entering

Children under 16 must be supervised

No running, diving, or glass near the pool

Do not share the pool door code with minors
