⚠️ Good to Know
- Scenic mountain roads with curves (fully paved)
- Recommend arriving during daylight for first-time visitors
- Not pet-friendly due to allergies - thank you for understanding
- Located close to nature - occasional bugs are normal/expected (we're in the mountain after all). Our cabin receives professional monthly pest control treatments as part of our regular maintenance where they made their best effort to minimize pest's existence inside & outside our cabin. However, bugs & insects whether they crawl or fly cannot be 100% eliminated. For guests that have EXTREME anxiety about coming across small/medium/big insects, we CANNOT offer a 100% guarantee of insect or bug free environment as our cabin is surrounded by living things and nature such as dense trees, plants and leaves.
- Firewood is not provided, but it’s readily available for purchase at nearby big box retailers.
- A propane BBQ grill is available for guests to enjoy during their stay. Located on the back porch near the hot tub, it’s the perfect spot to savor a delicious meal while taking in the scenic views. Please remember to clean any leftover food from the grill to help prevent ants — and more importantly, to avoid attracting bears. Always use caution when grilling, and supervise children closely around the area.
- Laundry Room - Staying for an extended getaway? You’ll appreciate the in-cabin washer and dryer, complete with easy-to-use digital soft-touch controls.
- Fireplace (available Dec-Mar) - Please remember to always turn off the fireplace after usage. No other fires (inside or outside) are allowed - including candles.

Guest access
You will have private use of the ENTIRE HOME during your stay.

CABIN ACCESS - Our cabin offers automated self check-in service. The front main entry door is equipped with an electronic keypad (smart lock key) for automated self check-in process. Personalized door code will be sent to our guests 1-2 hours prior to arrival.
Please note: No access to cabin prior to a signed renter agreement and paid security deposit.

AIRPORT - McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is approximately an hour and 10 minute drive to our cabin.

THE DRIVE - We recommend guests to arrive when there is still daylight to get familiar with the road and route.

ROAD ACCESS - Roads leading up to the cabin are all on black top (paved) with a few switchbacks (sharp turns) along the way. Once you get to the cabin, the view is worth the drive. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended only during winter season when snow/icy road conditions/weather might occur unexpectedly.

PARKING - Guests are welcome to park on the street directly in front of the cabin. Space can accommodate up to 4 vehicles safely. There are plenty of parking space.

CELL SERVICE - Cell service is quite stable where our cabin is located. If you're using your mobile phone for street direction, we highly recommend our guests to download the maps of the area PRIOR to the trip for offline usage in case there are spotty signals along the way.


STAIRS - There are 3 different flights of stairs in and around the property.
1st SET: to get in to the cabin main entrance from the street.
2nd SET: to get to the upper level (once guest is inside the cabin from the main floor)
3rd SET: to get to the lower level (once guest is inside the cabin from the main floor)

Other things to note
WIFI - WiFi is a complimentary service in our cabin. Though outages are rare, they do happen. This is a service that is provided by a 3rd party (telecommunication company) and is beyond our control if there is an outage. For guests that have the option to work remotely, and whose work is dependent on a steady and guaranteed uptime of internet access, such guests might want to consider bringing in their own internet device that offers guaranteed uptime. Please reach out to us if you’re having internet connectivity issues. Any tampering efforts of any WiFi equipment will result in immediate revocation of access, termination of rental agreement, loss of security deposits, and local authorities will be contacted to assist.

TELEVISION - We offer Smart TVs and BYOL (Bring Your Own Login). Many common streaming apps (YouTube, Netflix, etc) are pre-installed and guests would simply use their own account to log in.

PETS - Pets/animals are NOT allowed in our cabin. If you bring your pets, your reservation will be canceled, all monies paid (not limited to Reservation, Cleaning fees and Security Deposit) will be forfeited, and you will be asked to leave immediately. We are pet lovers, however, some of our family members, guests and housekeepers have severe allergic reactions to pet dander. Kindly be considerate and choose alternative vacation properties that are pet friendly. If you need recommendations for pet friendly accommodation in the area, feel free to reach out to us.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - Our cabin's maximum occupancy is 12 persons which include the total of adult/infant/toddler. If your stay will have more than 12 person at any given time, your reservation will be canceled, all monies paid (not limited to Reservation, Cleaning fees and Security Deposit) will be forfeited, and you will be asked to leave immediately. Please note: Maximum occupancy is established by local law & regulations.

MISC - The cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs (pots and pans, utensils, plastic bowls, utensils and plates for the kids, etc), a wide variety of games & entertainment, a fully stocked coffee bar, an outdoor hot tub plus two private indoor tubs - a jetted jacuzzi in the main floor luxury bath and a free-standing soaking tub with a drop-dead gorgeous view in the upper floor luxury bath - are some key offerings guests will have a hard time choosing on how to pamper themselves.

CURTAINS/LIGHT COVERING/PRIVACY - Not all windows or doors have curtains. This is by design/purpose.

FURNITURES/FURNISHINGS/WALL ART/BED LINENS/DECORATIONS/APPLIANCES, ETC - When products need to be replaced due to age/damage, it is not always possible to replace with the exact kind due to availability, thus, whenever possible, we replace items with like kind quality (usually higher quality), color, and finish. If you have very specific items that you must have that contribute to your decision to book our cabin
