LAYOUT
đMain Level: Walk into the large, open concept living, dining and kitchen area with full access to the main level deck via the back door. A firepit and stainless steel gas grill are also available on the main level. A half bathroom is accessible from the main hall. One king suite with leather futon and ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and shower is also located on the main floor.
đLower Level: Walk downstairs to reach our large game room, complete with kitchenette, foldout couch, fireplace, pool table, games, and more! Walk out onto the lower level deck and to the hot tub for the perfect spot to soak your cares away while gazing at the mountains. Continue down the hall to reach one of the king bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and the queen over queen bunk room with ensuite bathroom.
đUpper Level: Take the beautiful, log staircase upstairs to find the loft space furnished with a foosball table and leather futon. Continue down the hallway to reach two additional king bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs with ROKUs.
LOCATION
Located in the beautiful Wears Valley, with close proximity to Pigeon Forge, DollyWood and GSMNP. No crazy unpaved hills to climb in your car, approximately 6 miles to the Parkway with back road access in times of congestion (via Goose Gap Road)
PROVIDED
-2 toilet paper/bathroom, 2 rolls paper towels, laundry soap, dish detergent, trash bags, hand soap, bodywash/shampoo/conditioner, coffee pods, tea and sugar are provided to help kick off your stay! We recommend that our guests stop at the nearby grocery stores for additional items to last the duration of your visit.
-Bath towels, kitchen towels, bed linens, beach towels for the hot tub.
-The kitchen is fully loaded with spices, plates, glasses, silverware, skillets, pots/pans, blender/toaster/crock pot, cooking utensils, etc.
- Sheets, blankets and pillows for the futons are in the main floor full bathroom closet. Sheets, blankets and pillows for the sleeper sofa are in the game room pantry cabinets.

**A $1000 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.**
**No pets and no smoking inside/within 10 feet of the cabin. Our family has severe medical allergies that prevent us from offering these amenities. Violations subject to $500/ an extra cleaning fee/damages**
*No changes or refunds due to illness, road conditions, or Acts of God (inclement weather, natural disasters, power or internet outages, or other events beyond host's control). Cancel for any reason travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
*Guests are asked to report any issues with cleanliness, items in need of repair, or disruptions to their stay or comfort during their stay and must allow host(s) the opportunity to rectify the issue. No refunds will be considered for anything reported after checkout.
*We are unable to accommodate early/late check in due to our cleaner's busy schedule. Guests that stay past our check out time of 10 AM are subject to a late check out fee of $100 an hour.
*Copies of photo ID are required to verify 25 minimum age and identity.

*This is a cabin in the woods. We have monthly pest control treatments both inside and outside of the property. You may encounter bugs/pests during your stay, please bring mosquito spray (if needed).
*We diligently strive to provide listed amenities to our guests but there may be circumstances that prevent this from happening. All amenities may not be available at all times.
*Guests must walk up exterior stairs and onto deck in order to reach the first floor. Driveway has a downward slope and is not flat, please navigate slowly.
*Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked space under the house and the locked owner's closet.
*The hot tub is drained and cleaned after each guest. It can take up to 6 hours to reach optimal temperature. Please allow time night of check in for water to heat.
*PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE BEARS, it is a crime. Lock all cars upon exit and do not leave food outside. Lock the front door, especially while cooking. They WILL open car doors and get into trash that is left outside. Trash/food that is discarded outside and not disposed in the bear bin will draw the bears to the cabin. Viewing wildlife from a safe distance and with appropriate precaution is part of the Smoky Mountain experience. Please do not approach the bears.
*Motion activated security cameras are present onsite, located at the front door entry and pointed at the driveway. They record video and audio 24/7. There are NO cameras pointed at private spaces or inside.
