Important: There is no boat launch or trailer parking available at the resort, though we do provide free trailer storage for guests at a nearby facility. The nearest public boat launch is 8 miles away at TVA public boat ramp, Dandridge, TN 37725. There are temporary steps to the dock that are rough and have no handrails. The permanent ones will be installed once we have HOA approval.

Note: There is some construction going on in the development as other cabins are built. A private dock is expected by the end of October followed by stairs down to the water. Until then please use caution making your way down to the water.
