Inside, the warmth of rustic timber blends with modern comforts across three spacious levels. The main floor’s open-concept layout invites everyone to gather in the fireside living room, cook in the gourmet kitchen with double ovens and stainless-steel appliances, or share meals around a grand dining table built for memory-making. A second prep kitchen adds extra convenience for large groups and special occasions.

Upstairs and down, entertainment flows freely—whether you're hosting movie night in the private theater with reclining leather seats, battling it out over billiards and foosball in the game room, or simply enjoying a board game marathon. Seven bedrooms—each thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, ensuite bathrooms, and plenty of space to unwind—offer private havens for rest and relaxation, including a bunk-style room ideal for kids or teens.

Step outside and the magic continues. The top-level balcony is the crown jewel of the home, stretching the full width of the lodge and offering unobstructed Smoky Mountain views that feel endless. Soak in the private hot tub as the sun melts into the ridgelines, or settle into a rocking chair with your morning coffee and let the mist roll in. A full outdoor dining table invites you to share meals under open skies—no string lights needed when the stars do all the work. On the main and lower decks, you'll find even more room to unwind, with additional lounge seating, shaded spaces, and forest views that surround you in green.

If you love spending time in nature, staying active, and celebrating wildlife, a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains is a must. Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available for guest use upon request.
- Please have a 4WD or AWD vehicle and carry chains only during heavy snowfall in the winter months. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and will require these.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available directly in front of the home (maximum 4 cars); please note this area is shared with 1624 Silver Poplar.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
