Our beautiful brand-new build provides the peaceful welcome of home, with the rustic charm of adventure. The new king master bedroom and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the loft area certain to keep you well rested for the entirety of your trip.

From the outdoor themed decor and the modern furnishings provided, this lovely property provides a cozy, familiar and inviting atmosphere for all.

Here at HiBearnation Haven Cabin, you'll find all the essentials you need, including smart Roku-TV's throughout the property, AC/ heating, a separate laundry room with full washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, brand new 4-person hot tub, as well as two full luxurious vanity bathrooms.

Whether you're looking to relax in the peaceful mountain surroundings or explore the attractions of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Sevierville and more, our newest cabin build is the perfect home away from home!

Great for small family or couple

Cabin was conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Beautifully designed home for a couple or small family. Upstairs is a game room that has a sleeper sofa and adjacent bathroom; downstairs is the master bedroom with large adjacent bathroom. Master bed wasn't the most comfortable, but for a week was livable. Most of the amenities needed are there, although we did need to purchase some paper towels and toilet paper. There is a hot tub that we took advantage as often as possible and I enjoyed the mountain view early in the morning while drinking my coffee and checking emails. I would recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle, especially if roads are wet as roads to the cabin are quite steep.We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful mountain location

The cabin was beautiful and comfortable. The hot tub helped with the hubby's sore muscles after a day of hiking. Lynn and The Cabin Crew were quick to respond to any questions we had, and they provided just about anything you could need for it to feel like home away from home. We will definitely book it again if we ever get the chance to return to the awe-inspiring Smokey Mountains!

Very nice cabin would stay again!

The cabin was very clean the whole place just felt like home. We were very comfortable staying there. The views from the back porch were great. The drive to the cabin was a bit of an adventure too we saw four bears on the way up.

Perfect weekend getaway!

The cabin is beautiful and the location is perfect and close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The hot tub is amazing and very private. Equipped with everything you need. Definitely a home away from home. Hoping to stay with you in the fall!

An Amazing cozy stay!

We had such a great experiencing staying here. The host was very kind, helpful & truly cares about your needs as a renter. The view was breathtaking from the hot tub, the cabin was clean & had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved the privacy & quietness since our careers are very lively. Okay but could be better


The cabin itself is amazing. We went to celebrate our anniversary, spring break, and our first son turning 7 months. The hot tub didn’t work, but after communicating with owners they seemed to have fixed it
 or so we thought. The water read 91 the first time we attempted to get in (on day 2 of our stay, because on day 1 it didn’t work) I sat in there for maybe 20 minutes hoping it would get warmer and it did not. The bath water was hotter than the hot tub. On the last day, my husband was going to attempt to get it as it read 104, but only felt luke warm. It was super disappointing as we explicitly booked this for 3 reasons: 1. We wanted a cabin. 2. Wanted a hot tub. 3. Had a king sized bed. Cabin was great, hot tub was basically nonexistent, and the king sized bed was the most uncomfortable bed. The king sized bed needs a permanent mattress topper or to be replaced. Otherwise cabin was nice and had games upstairs. If you are looking for a cabin with a functioning hot tub book elsewhere unfortunately.

Gorgeous!!

This property was Amazing! Just absolutely stunning! I communicated with Robert several times and he responded back in a very timely manner. I have stayed in many cabins in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but this cabin was by far hands down. Really no comparison to the other cabins I have stayed in. It was in a great location and it had everything you needed. I absolutely 100% would stay here again!!

Good weekend stay

Overall a good stay with a good array of games. A few things were not great, like the bed was not comfortable at all and left my body aching. We also did not like that the outside lights switches were taped on at all times so we were not able to enjoy the dark & stars.

Amazing experience

The cabin was immaculate. The surroundings are peaceful. The cabin was so clean we were almost certain no one had stayed there before us. We loved being able to play pacman and air hockey. Everything worked as it should. We look forward to staying here again for our next escape.

Christmas Break Getaway

We stayed here with our twin 7 year old boys. It was absolutely perfect and we didn’t want to leave! Our boys loved the air hockey and Pac-Man. We thought the location was also perfect being right between gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We definitely will be staying again! Thank you!

Ideal family getaway!

Family fun weekend

My family really enjoyed this beautiful cabin! We came to celebrate my two sons December birthdays (7&9) they had the best time in the loft upstairs and enjoyed the hot tub! Plenty of space for a family of four and very clean! This cabin is also easy to get to and a short drive into town. The host was quick with any questions I had as well. We will definitely be staying again and I’ve recommended this cabin to other family and friends.

Anniversary to the Mountains

The cabin was nice, inside you felt like you were in a cabin for sure. Was very spacious and cozy at the same time! There were a lot of spider webs on the back deck and the door to the back deck is in a weird spot but everything else was great.

Smoky Mountain Getaway

What a beautiful cabin and area. The drive up the hilly windy road is the perfect set-up for the arrival to HiBearnation Haven. The only downside is that it was not clean. The inside got a cursory cleaning and the outside(kinda the point of being there) was awful. There were cobwebs all over the house and the furniture. We left a day early because we couldn’t even enjoy the reason we were there. What a shame.

Hello, we absolutely loved this place . We came down for Jeep invasion so this was a Great location for going into Gatlinburg or Pigion Forge. The cabin was beautiful. Loved drinking my coffee in the back deck watching the sun come up . Definitely will rent this place again next year for Jeep invasion ♄
